Like a calm beach or a tranquil forest.
Imagine yourself there,
Surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin or the gentle breeze against your face.
Let this place become your sanctuary,
Where you can rest peacefully.
Imagine this place in nature with as many details as you can.
What are the colors that you see around you in this space?
What are the sounds that nature in this space would offer you?
Are there textures?
Are there scents?
Make this space,

So that it will be easy to return to whenever you need to go there.
