Beginner's heart practice meditation called Just Being.
I am Jenny Radica and this is a beginner's heart practice meditation to bring acceptance to just being.
Designed to bring peace of mind and appreciation of silence and stillness.
This heart practice can be used daily to help you at the start of your meditation journey,
Making you feel more peaceful and calm in a busy life.
Let's begin.
Finding yourself a comfortable position in a quiet and safe space,
Away from noise and distraction.
You can sit cross-legged or in a chair.
Arriving in your space,
Your time to just be,
With nothing to do and nowhere to be.
Just being in your own space and comfort.
Being aware of the silence around you,
Noticing how it makes you feel.
Being in your own space to meditate.
Noticing your breath,
Breath coming in,
Noticing if the breath is beginning to slow down.
As you come into just being,
Nothing to do and nowhere,
Now is the time to just be.
Noticing the body,
Feeling the body relax with each out-breath,
Inviting the body to let go and just be.
Inviting the body to let go of any tension,
Inviting the body to just be.
Noticing your forehead,
Cheekbones,
Jaw,
Shoulders,
Belly and inviting all tension to let go and leave your body.
I let you go,
I let the tension go.
Tension is not needed in this space of just being.
Bringing one hand to your heart center,
In the center of your chest,
In line with your armpits.
Noticing the warmth of your hand and staying here as you connect with your spiritual heart.
Maybe lifting one corner of your mouth and then the other.
Bringing a gentle smile to your face,
Noticing the response of the heart.
Just being,
Nothing to do and nowhere.
Bringing your awareness back to your breath and begin deepening the breath.
Bringing fresh oxygen back into your body,
Circulating this peace and relaxation around your body.
And bringing awareness back into the room that you are in.
Slowly observing the noises around you and bringing them back to your attention.
Noticing how the body and the mind feels.
Knowing that you can come back to this feeling at any time of the day or night.
This feeling of just being.
