Take a few deep,

Allowing your body to relax and your mind to begin quieting down.
With each exhalation,
Release any tensions,
Worries or thoughts from the day.
Allow the Reiki energy to now flow through you and support your peaceful transition into sleep.
Feel a warm,
Soothing light enveloping your entire being,

Bring your awareness to your feet and visualize a soft,
Grounding energy emanating from the soles of your feet.
