Today's meditation is about raising your vibration and finding joy.
Let's begin by getting comfortable,
Either on a cushion,
A chair or wherever you feel most at ease.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale,
Letting go of any tension in your body.
Welcome yourself to this space you've created today.
With each inhale,
Feel yourself becoming more present.
And with each exhale,
Let go of any stress or heaviness,
Creating space for lightness and joy.
Keep breathing steadily,
In and out.
Breathing in presence,
Releasing stress,
Creating space.
Place your hands gently together in your lap or on your heart,
Whatever feels natural to you,
And begin to focus on your breath,
Following its rhythm.
Feel the cool air entering your nose,
Filling your lungs and the warmth of the air as you exhale.
Keep breathing in presence and calmness,
Breathe out any worries.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine a soft,
Glowing light at the center of your chest.
This light represents your inner joy,
Your true essence.
It's always there,
Whether you see it or not.
With each breath,
Imagine this light becoming brighter and brighter.
Picture this glowing light expanding from your heart,
Filling your chest,
Your entire torso,
And spreading throughout your body.
Feel its warmth,
Feel its energy.
With each breath,
This light lifts your heart,
With each breath,
This light lifts your vibration higher and higher,
Filling you with joy.
Allow any thoughts of the day to drift away,
Like leaves floating down a stream.
There's nothing to do right now,
But be in this moment,
Allowing your energy to rise,
Allowing joy to flow through you.
Now,
Visualize a place where you feel incredibly happy.
This could be a memory from your past,
Or an imaginary place filled with beauty and peace.
It might be a beach,
A sunny field,
A quiet forest,
Or anywhere that feels joyful to you.
In this place,
Notice how light you feel.
Notice the vibrant colors,
The sounds,
The sense of peace all around you.
As you look around,
Feel your heart expanding with happiness and joy.
Let yourself smile,
Knowing that this feeling of joy is always available to you.
As you stand in this joyful place,
Imagine your whole body vibrating with light and happiness.
Feel every cell in your body buzzing with high-frequency energy,
Lifting you higher and higher into joy.
Let this feeling of joy fill every part of you,
From the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes.
You are glowing with joy,
Radiating it outward like sunshine.
Know that you are connected to this joyful energy,
Not just in this moment,
But always.
You can return to this feeling any time,
Simply by tuning in to the light within you and raising your vibration.
Take a few moments to bask in this feeling of high-vibration joy.
Let it fill you.
When you're ready,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Wiggle your fingers as you breathe in and out.
Feel your heart beating faster and faster as you breathe in and out.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly bring your awareness back to this present moment.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel yourself grounded,
Present and filled with joy.
When you're ready,
