I'm going to do some EFT tapping on acknowledging and increasing the sense of plenty in your life.
I want to help you shift your mindset towards recognizing and embracing the abundance that surrounds you.
Get yourself comfy,
Sitting upright and you can close your eyes if you want to.
I'm going to lead you through the tapping points.
You can either repeat each statement after me or you can just listen and let my voice resonate through you.
Take a couple of nice deep breaths here.
Welcome yourself to this space.
Let's begin by noticing where you are right now.
How it feels in your body when you think about the word plenty.
Do you feel like you have plenty?
Do you feel like there is plenty?
Let's start with our karate chop point on the side of the hand.
Just tap gently.
You can't get this wrong.
Here's our setup statement.
Even though I sometimes focus on what I lack rather than what I have,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I may not always see the plenty in my life,
I choose to acknowledge the abundance that is around me.
Even though I occasionally feel there isn't enough,
I am open to shifting my perspective and embracing the abundance that exists.
Let's move to the eyebrow point.
I recognize the times when I focus on what is just above your eye.
Now move to the side of your eye.
I often feel like there isn't enough for me.
Tap just beneath your eye.
But I am open to seeing the plenty that surrounds me.
Tap under your nose.
I choose to notice the abundance in my life.
Now tap on your chin.
I allow myself to see the good things I already have.
I am ready to embrace the concept of plenty in all areas of my life.
Now tap under your arm.
There is more than enough for me.
Now tap on the top of your head.
I choose to focus on the abundance around me.
Come back to your eyebrow point.
I acknowledge any feelings of lack I may have.
Now come to the side of the eye.
I understand that I have more than I often realize.
I choose to shift my focus to what is plentiful in my life.
I open myself to recognizing the abundance that is present.
Now tap on your chin.
There is plenty in my world and I deserve to see it.
I choose to embrace the feelings of abundance.
I am surrounded by plenty and I acknowledge it now.
Now tap on your arm.
I am grateful for the abundance in my life.
I allow myself to feel the plenty that is all around me.
I am open to receiving more abundance and more.
I trust in the flow.
There is plenty in my life.
More abundance with ease and grace.
On your chin.
I am worthy of all the good things in my life.
I am grateful for the blessings I have and those on their way.
I choose to let go of any limiting beliefs about abundance and plenty and I embrace this truth.
Even though I may have felt lack in the past,
I now choose to see and embrace the abundance in my life and completely love and accept myself as I have opened to the world.
As I have opened to the world,
Take a deep breath in and hold it for a moment.
Notice any shifts in your feelings.
Have any changes in the way you feel when you think about the word plenty.
You can come back to this meditation and this practice at any time.
I'd love for you to fully appreciate and attract plenty in all areas of your life.
By regularly practicing this tapping sequence,
You will gradually shift your focus towards the abundance that already exists all around you.
