Hi and welcome to this space that you've created for yourself here today. Find a quiet space where you can sit comfortably without interruption. Settle into your chosen position, Either cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground. Straighten your spine, Sit straight but without rigidity or straining and rest your hands gently on your thighs or in your lap and close your eyes. Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath. Notice the gentle inflow and outflow of air through your nostrils. Feel the breath moving in your body, The expansion of your belly and chest on the inhale, The release and softening on the exhale. Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm without forcing or controlling. Now shift your attention to your solar plexus center, Located just above your navel in the soft space between your ribcage. In human design, The solar plexus is the energy center associated with willpower, Personal identity and self-esteem. It governs our ability to make decisions and take action and manifest our desires into the world. Begin to visualize your solar plexus as a bright radiant sun. Imagine golden light emanating from this center filling your entire torso with warmth and vitality. With each inhalation, Feel the solar plexus energizing and expanding. With each exhalation, Feel it pulsing with power and purpose. Feel that golden light moving throughout your body, Filling up every cell with purpose. And as you attune to the solar plexus, Connect with your sense of self. This is the center of your ego, Your individuality. This is the part of you that says, I am. Feel the strength and resilience of your unique identity. Nobody in the universe has ever been like you. Nobody will ever be like you again. You are unique. Affirm silently to yourself, I am worthy. I am capable. I am powerful. I am unique. Now hold in your mind a desire or intention that you wish to manifest. I want you to visualize it in as much detail as possible. Engage all of your senses. Imagine it right down to the last scent, What you'll hear, What you'll see, What you'll smell and taste, Who you'll share it with, And how you'll feel. See yourself having already achieved or received this desire. Feel those emotions of joy and gratitude and fulfillment that come with this manifestation. As you breathe into this vision, Place your hands on your solar plexus center. Imagine your desire infusing into this energy center, Mixing with your personal desire. Mixing with your personal power and will. It's like magic slipping through every cell. Feel your solar plexus magnifying the energy of your desire, Charging it with unstoppable momentum. Affirm to yourself, Either out loud or in your head, I claim this desire with all the power of my being. My willpower is indomitable. I trust in my ability to manifest my desires and create my reality. My solar plexus fuels the realization of my dreams. Keep holding yourself in that state of gratitude and joy. Feel the fire of your will and determination burning brightly in your solar plexus. Know that this powerful energy center can transmute any obstacle, Overcome any challenge, Manifest any intention. It doesn't need your constant attention to hold the fire and keep it burning. Trust that now, Now that you've set your intention, That fire of will and determination will just continue to burn away.
