Welcome to this EFT tapping meditation on moving from fear to flow.
We're going to work on moving the feeling of scarcity and constriction in the body from financial fear into financial flow,
To understanding money as energy and fear as a dam.
And we're going to tap on the process of opening that dam and releasing the money,
Which is just energy moving and allowing ourselves to stand in that flow and understand that there is enough.
So get comfy wherever you are,
Sit upright,
Let your shoulders relax and soften.
So today's tapping is specifically about money.
And I want to acknowledge that for many people,
This is one of the most charged,
Uncomfortable areas to work with.
The fear around money is not trivial.
It's connected to survival and safety and belonging and self-worth.
It taps into everything.
So when financial stress is present in the body,
It's not imagined,
It's real and it's exhausting physically,
As well as emotionally,
Mentally.
So what we're doing today is not pretending the fear away.
We're taking it seriously enough to sit with it and to acknowledge it honestly and just to start to interrupt the loop that keeps it running.
And from that interruption,
That pattern interruption,
Something else can start to move.
So before we begin to tap,
I want to reassure you,
If you've never done tapping before,
That is absolutely fine.
All we do is tap five to seven times using the ends of our fingers on the tapping point.
You can use whichever hand feels comfortable.
It doesn't matter which hand,
It doesn't matter which side of the body.
And I will lead you through all of the tapping points.
So there's no getting it wrong.
As long as you're tapping in the general area,
You'll be absolutely fine.
So before we begin,
I want you to check in with yourself.
So think about money right now.
Think about your current financial situation.
Think about the bills,
The goals,
The gap between where you are and where you want to be.
And notice what happens in the body.
Notice where the fear or stress is sitting.
Is it in your chest or stomach or jaw or shoulders?
Feel how it's activating the most and give that activation a number from zero to ten,
Where zero is neutral,
No feeling,
And ten is supercharged,
Super activated.
And don't overthink it.
Just whatever number comes up when you think about money,
That's the one.
So for round one,
We're going to honor that fear.
And we're going to karate chop.
That means tapping on the side of the hand on your karate chop point.
And you can repeat each statement after me,
Or you can let my voice carry the energy for you.
Even though I have real fear around money,
I completely love and accept myself.
Even though that fear sometimes feels overwhelming,
I completely love and accept myself.
Even though I'm not sure things will ever change,
I completely love and accept myself.
And now we're going to tap on the eyebrow point,
The inside of your eyebrow.
This fear about money.
The side of your eye.
It's been with me for a long time.
Underneath your eye.
Sometimes it wakes me up at 3 a.
M.
Underneath your nose.
I am so tired of this loop.
Tap on your chin.
I have tried so hard.
Tap on your collarbone.
And sometimes I just feel stuck.
Tap underneath your arm.
My body is constantly bracing.
Tap the top of your head.
This is what fear does to me.
And back to your eyebrow point.
This fear has been trying to keep me safe.
Tap the side of your eye.
This fear learned to brace against loss,
Whether real or imagined.
Tap under the eye.
It was protecting something real in my body.
Tap under your nose.
I am not fighting this fear.
Tap on your chin.
I am thanking this fear.
Tap on your collarbone.
I am gently letting the fear know.
Tap under your arm.
I am safe right now.
Tap the top of your head.
Right in this moment,
I am okay.
Back to the inside of your eyebrow.
Money is energy and energy moves.
Tap the side of your eye.
What if I could stop fighting it?
Under the eye.
What if I could loosen my grip just a little?
Under the nose.
Not recklessness or naivety.
Under the chin.
Just a little less bracing.
Tap your collarbone.
I could have a little more trust in the flow.
Under your arm.
I am opening to a different relationship with money.
On the top of your head.
One that feels more like a partnership.
Back to the inside of your eyebrow.
I am open to financial flow.
The side of your eye.
Money comes to me in expected and unexpected ways.
Underneath the eye.
I am trustworthy with what I receive.
Underneath the nose.
I release the old fear now.
Tap on your chin.
It served its purpose and I don't need it anymore.
Tap on your collarbone.
Financial well-being is available to me.
Tap under your arm.
I am available to it.
And tap the top of your head.
The dam is releasing.
The energy is moving.
I am in flow.
Take a deep breath.
Put your hands over your heart if you want to.
Let the tapping settle into your nervous system.
Let your body adjust.
Come back to your body and think of money again.
Think of your original number and see if anything has changed.
Where are you now?
Has anything moved closer to neutral?
Or up towards 10 perhaps even as things move up.
Sometimes emotions come out and make it feel a little worse as you work through it.
Any movement is your body responding.
Your nervous system updating.
So just notice it and honor where it is now.
And remember you can come back to this anytime you like.
This is a process.
This work is real.
