We're going to do some tapping today on the theme of uncertainty.
So check in with yourself now,
Before we begin,
And see how you feel.
Are you feeling uncertain,
Worried about life,
Or unsure of your future?
Or are you feeling positive and full of hope?
Try and rate it on a scale of 1 to 10,
Where 1 is totally devoid of certainty,
And 10 is overflowing with hope.
Where do you sit right now?
Okay,
Let's take a deep breath and start tapping straight away,
On the karate chop point,
Which is the side of either hand.
So just choose whichever hand you're comfortable with.
Tap on the side of your hand.
And remember,
We're going to start with acknowledging where we are now,
And then we're going to move on to the change that we're creating in our subconscious minds.
Okay.
Even though I feel overwhelmed by uncertainty and don't know what the future holds,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Keep tapping.
Even though I'm overwhelmed by stress and anxiety,
I love and honour myself.
Even though I don't have all the answers,
I love,
Honour,
And accept myself completely.
Okay,
Move up to your eyebrow point,
Just above your eyebrow.
I feel anxious and unsettled about the uncertainty in my life.
This side of your eye.
It's hard not knowing what's going to happen next.
Underneath your eye.
I worry about making the wrong decisions or choices.
Under your nose.
This uncertainty is stressful and overwhelming.
Chin.
I feel like I need to have all the answers right now.
Move to your collarbone.
I'm afraid of what the future might bring.
Under your arm.
I don't like feeling out of control or unprepared.
Top of your head.
This uncertainty is really challenging for me.
Back to your eyebrow.
It's okay to feel uncomfortable with uncertainty at times.
Side of your eye.
I am learning to accept that some things are beyond my control.
Under your eye.
I give myself permission to release the need for certainty.
Under your nose.
I am doing the best I can with the information I have.
On your chin.
I trust in my ability to adapt and cope with change.
Collarbone.
I am stronger and more resilient than I realise.
Under your arm.
I am open to finding peace and calm in the present moment.
And the top of your head.
I choose to focus on what I can control,
One day at a time.
Back to your eyebrow.
Uncertainty is a natural part of life and growth.
Side of your eye.
I am learning valuable lessons through this experience.
Under your eye.
I trust that I have the resources and support I need.
Under your nose.
I am capable of navigating challenges and changes.
Chin.
I find comfort in my inner strength and resilience.
Collarbone.
I am grateful for the stability and certainty I do have in my life.
Under your arm.
I release the need to have all the answers right now.

I am opening up to new possibilities and opportunities.

I choose to embrace uncertainty as an opportunity for growth.

I am becoming more flexible and adaptable every day.

I am confident in my ability to handle whatever comes my way.

I am surrounded by love and support,
Even in times of uncertainty.

I am letting go of fear and embracing faith and trust.

I am at peace with uncertainty,
Knowing that all is well.
Take a deep breath and feel your body relaxing and releasing tension.
Remind yourself that it's okay to not have all the answers,
And that uncertainty is a natural part of the human experience.
Trust in your inner strength and your resources to navigate the unknown and try to find peace in the present moment.
Check in with yourself again now and see how you feel.
Rate yourself on that 1 to 10 scale again and notice how your energy has shifted.
You can repeat this tapping meditation anytime you feel overwhelmed by uncertainty.
