Welcome to this EFT tapping meditation on clearing the scarcity pattern.
Before we begin tapping today,
I'd like to tell you that the feeling of not enough,
The bracing against life,
The quiet belief that money is hard to come by,
That abundance is for other people,
That you have to fight for everything you have,
This is not a character flaw.
For most of us,
This is something we absorbed,
Maybe from family or culture,
Or from watching the people we love worry.
It lives in the body before it lives in the mind.
So today we're going to bring it gently to the surface,
Acknowledge it honestly,
And begin to update it.
You don't need to believe anything yet,
You just need to be willing to tap.
So take a moment to tune in.
When you think about abundance,
Money,
Receiving or having enough,
What do you notice in your body?
Is there tightness anywhere?
Is there a sense of dread or skepticism or shame or a kind of hollow feeling,
An emptiness?
If you can,
Give that feeling a number between 0 and 10.
0 is completely neutral and 10 feeling very activated.
And there's no right answer here,
Just notice.
And don't overthink it.
So when a number arrives,
Just go with that one and put a pin in it so you can come back to it later.
So we're going to begin round one by acknowledging the scarcity pattern.
And we're going to do this with a setup statement,
Tapping on the karate chop point,
Which is the side of our hand.
And if you've never tapped before,
Don't worry,
You can't get it wrong.
And I'm going to remind you where all the tapping points are.
We just tap five to seven times on each point with your fingers and either side of your body,
Either hand is absolutely fine.
So tap now on the karate chop point.
And you can either repeat after me,
Or you can let my words carry the energy.
Even though there is a part of me that believes there will never be enough,
I acknowledge it and I choose to be honest about what is here.
Even though that fear lives somewhere in my body right now,
I acknowledge it and I choose to be honest about what is here.
Even though there is a part of me that believes there will never be enough,
I deeply and appreciately love and honor myself.
Now we're going to move to the eyebrow point,
The inside of your eyebrow,
This scarcity feeling.
The side of your eye,
The belief that there is not enough.
Underneath your eye,
It feels so cold.
Underneath your nose,
Like it's always been here.
Tap on your chin.
I learned this somewhere.
Tap on your collarbone.
Someone I loved was afraid.
Tap under your arm.
And I absorbed their fear.
And tap the top of your head.
It is not my original truth.
Round two,
We're going to get specific.
Come to your eyebrow.
The vigilance.
The side of your eye.
Always scanning for what could go wrong.
Underneath your eye.
The tightness in my chest when I check my bank account.
Underneath your nose.
The way I hold my breath a little.
On your chin.
I do not have to fight it.
Tap on your collarbone.
It learned what it learned from real experience.
Under your arm.
But experience can be updated.
And the top of your head.
This pattern has been trying to protect me.
Round three,
We're going to introduce a new possibility to your body.
Go back to your eyebrow point.
What if there is enough?
The side of your eye.
What if I have been working from an old map?
Underneath your eye.
What if my nervous system just never got the update?
Underneath your nose.
I am giving it the update now.
Tap on your chin.
I am allowed to receive.
Tap your collarbone.
I am beginning to remember that.
Tap under your arm.
Abundance is a state I can access from the inside.
And tap the top of your head.
Something in me already knows this is true.
And for our final round,
We're going to embody abundance.
Come to your eyebrow.
I am opening to abundance.
The side of your eye.
Not forcing or grasping,
But opening.
Underneath your eye.
Like a hand unclenching.
Underneath your nose.
There is space in me now.
Tap on your chin.
Abundance flows towards openness.
Tap on your collarbone.
I am ready to receive what is mine.
Tap underneath your arm.
I am grateful for what is already here.
Tap the top of your head.
And I trust what is coming.
Take a deep breath.
Let the tapping settle.
And go back to that number you found at the start.
Where are you now?
There is no right answer.
Even a small shift is significant.
So notice it and let it be real.
And remember you can repeat any of these rounds at any time.
The body learns through repetition.
So each time you tap,
You're updating the pattern a little more.
