Welcome to the I Am Complete Perfection Guided Meditation.
This guided meditation combines awareness of the breath with compassion for the self,
Knowing that where you are today is exactly where you are meant to be.
In this practice,
We will use the breath as a tool to support the cultivation of self-love while releasing fear and doubt.
To begin,
Settle into a comfortable position.
Feel free to sit or lie down.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Ground your attention on the surface beneath you,
Whether a chair,
The floor,
The bed,
Or something else.
Notice that you are supported.
Sense the energy of the space supporting you.
Notice the power or presence of the surface holding you,
As well as the air that surrounds you.
Take a few long,
Clearing breaths in any way that feels comfortable for you.
Invite your thoughts to soften with each exhale.
Continue to notice the natural flow of your breath for a few moments of silence,
Allowing the breath to flow at its own pace.
Each breath we take supports the body.
Each breath is like an act of love.
I invite you to breathe with this awareness,
Letting each breath offer your body love.
As you inhale,
Feel a sense of love,
Compassion,
And kindness growing inside you.
Let each exhale help soften your thinking mind and any tension you might be holding.
Each breath fills you with love,
Which awakens the energy of self-compassion.
As you continue to breathe now,
Repeat this intention.

Continue to sense the energy of compassion that fills you.
It fills you from the inside and the outside.
Stay here for a little while longer.
If you notice your mind wanders away,
Simply return to the flow of your loving breath.
Sense into your loving breath for a few moments now.

Breathing naturally,
Sense into the surface supporting you.
Reconnect with your physical body by welcoming some light movement.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Stretch your body.
Slowly come back,
Awakening at your own pace.
Whenever you are ready,
Gently and slowly open your eyes,
Letting loving breaths continue to support you throughout the day,
Knowing that I am complete perfection.
