Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a moment to settle into the space around you and bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhale deeply,
Allowing the air to fill your lungs,
And exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Let go of the events of the day and shift your focus to the present moment.
One more deep breath,
Exhaling through your mouth.
And last one,
Breathing into your heart,
Your stomach,
And all the way to your legs.
Exhale through your mouth with an audible sigh,
Letting every last ounce of the stress fade off into the sunset.
As you relax,
Visualize yourself standing on the shore of a serene beach.
Feel the warm sand beneath your feet and listen to the gentle rhythm of the waves crashing against the shore.
The golden hues of the setting sun paint the sky with vibrant colors.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in the beauty of this moment as the ocean waves carry you away.
Take a moment to reflect on your day and acknowledge the experiences you had,
Both big and small.
Recognize that each experience,
Whether positive or challenging,
Has contributed to your growth and learning.
With gratitude,
Acknowledge the lessons and opportunities that unfolded throughout the day.
As the sun slowly descends,
Feel a sense of gratitude filling your heart.
Gratitude for the people who crossed your path,
The connections you made,
And the love you received.
Express appreciation for the moments of joy,
Laughter,

Now turn your attention inward and express gratitude for yourself.
Recognize your efforts,
