I'm Anna Marie from Heavenly Healing.
Welcome to this beautiful guided meditation.
Today we're going to do a meditation on intention setting.
I want you to begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your spine tall and your hands gently resting on your lap,
Close your eyes softly and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself in this present moment.
As you breathe,
Allow yourself to become aware of the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body.
Notice the rise and the fall of your chest with each inhale and each exhale.
Now I want you to bring your awareness to the power of intention,
The practice of setting clear and purposeful goals for your life.
With each breath that you take,
Visualise yourself surrounded by a soft golden light representing the energy of intention.
Feel this light enveloping you,
Wrapping you in a warm embrace of clarity and purpose.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring to mind a specific intention or goal that you'd like to set for yourself.
It could be related to any area of your life,
Personal growth,
Relationships,
Career or health.
With each inhale,
Affirm your intention silently to yourself,
Stating it with clarity and conviction and with each exhale,
Release any doubts,
Any fears or obstacles that may be standing in the way of manifesting your intention.
I want you to affirm to yourself,
I set my intention with clarity and purpose.
I trust in the power of my intention to guide me towards my highest good.
I am aligned with the flow of life,
Ready to receive the blessings that come from living with intention.
Take a moment to bask in the feeling of alignment and purpose,
Knowing that you have the power to create the life that you desire through your intention.
As you sit in this space of intention setting,
Visualise your intention taking root within you like a seed planted in very fertile soil,
Be it growing and expanding with each breath,
Filling you with a sense of excitement and possibility.
With a deep breath in,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
I want you to thank yourself for taking this time to set your intention,
Carry the clarity and the purpose of this practice with you throughout your day,
Knowing that you have the power to create the life of your dreams through your intentions.
