Hello everybody,

My name is Anna Marie from Heavenly Healing.

Today I want to do a connection to nature meditation with you.

Before we start the meditation I want you to ensure that your cell phone is on silent or flight mode and also find yourself a space where you won't be disturbed for about 5 minutes.

We can now begin.

Find yourself a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths to settle into this moment.

As you breathe,

Allow yourself to visualise a very serene natural setting.

Picture yourself in a lush forest,

Standing on a beautiful green soft bed of moss.

You can even feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin and as you listen,

You hear the rustling of the leaves in the breeze.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in the vibrant energy of the natural world around you.

Feel the earth beneath you,

So solid,

So supportive.

Sense the ancient wisdom emanating from the trees,

The plants and the grounding soil beneath your feet.

As you continue to breathe,

Let go of any tension or stress that you may be carrying.

Release it into the earth,

Allowing Mother Nature to absorb and transmute it into positive energy.

I want you now to bring your awareness to your heart centre.

Visualise a radiant green light glowing within you,

Mirroring the vibrant hues of the surrounding foliage.

Feel your heart opening,

Feel your heart chakra expanding to connect with the heartbeats of all living things.

I want you to sense the interconnectedness of all beings,

The web of life that binds us together in unity.

We are all part of the One.

Take a moment to express your gratitude for the natural world and all its beautiful wonders.

Offer thanks for the air that you breathe,

The water that you drink and the nourishment provided by the earth.

I now want you to let your awareness expand beyond your physical body,

Merging,

Becoming one with the vastness of nature.

Feel yourself becoming one with the trees,

The rivers and the mountain.

In the state of total connectedness,

Allow yourself now to receive any messages or insights that the natural world may have for you.

Trust in the wisdom of Mother Earth to guide you solidly on your path.

Take a few more very deep,

Relaxing breaths.

Soak in the beauty and the tranquility of the sacred space that you find yourself in.

I want you also to know that you can return to this place of connection,

This beautiful place in nature whenever you need to feel protected,

Grounded,

Centred and at peace.

As we prepare to close this meditation,

Take a moment to offer a silent prayer,

Prayers,

Even give a blessing to Mother Earth,

Expressing your love and reverence for all that she provides.

I want you now,

With a deep breath in,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Give yourself a nice,

Deep stretch and when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
