And in touch with your intuitive guidance from your wisdom self.
And anchoring your awareness,
Your beingness.
Into your true nature.
Beyond the fleeting thoughts that occupy the mind.
Find a comfortable position where you can rest.
You might choose to rest on your back.
And perhaps bring a pillow or cushion,
Bolster behind your knees to release any tension from the lower back.
You might cover yourself with a blanket to stay warm.
As you settle in.
Begin to Tune into your breath.
And as you are ready,
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Sigh it out through the mouth.
And two more.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Letting go of whatever has been occupying your attention until this moment.
One more deep breath in through the nose.
Big sigh out through the mouth.
Letting go even more.
Allowing your body to settle down onto the support of the surface beneath you.
And sensing the support of Mother Earth.
Allow your body to settle down onto that support,
Making any last bits of adjustment.
To be even more comfortable.
Taking a moment now to tune into your heart space.
Feel as though you're breathing in and out through the center of your chest,
Your energetic heart,
Your heart chakra.
Begin to tune into a heartfelt intention,
A sankalpa,
That arises from your heart space.
You might make it into an I am statement.
In statements in present tense such as I am at peace.
Are like powerful seeds that you plant into the fertile ground of your consciousness to sprout,
To grow and bloom in your life experience.
Tuning in to this heartfelt intention.
This heartfelt desire.
And if you are not sure what that is for you today,
You can use the following Sankalpa.

Using this one or your own different sankalpa.
And stating it to yourself silently three times.
And now follow my guidance as we rotate attention throughout the body.
Allowing the physical body to relax deeply.
Bring your attention inside your mouth and notice sensations in the mouth.

Follow sensations from the mouth.
Toward the inner ears.
And the outer ears.
Feel each ear.
Sense the space or the distance between the ears.
And allow this space to be at peace.

Allowing your forehead to become smooth and relaxed.

Feel the air passing in and out through the nostrils.

Send a spiraling quart of light down into the earth.
From your root chakra.
See it going deep into the earth.
And now as you inhale,
Draw in a rose gold.
Energy.
Up into the root chakra.
See the area around the base of your spine.
Glowing with rose gold light.
And breathe into that light.
See it expanding.
With each breath.
Feel the energy.
The sensations of aliveness.
Pulsation of energy.
At your root centre.
Being aware of your deep connection to Mother Earth and her love and support.
Feeling safe and grounded.
Inhale this energy,
This rose gold light up into the lower belly below the navel.
Into the second chakra.
Breathing into the second chakra see a sphere of rose gold light pulsating in the second chakra.
In the lower belly.
See glowing and growing as you breathe into it.
And also sense the energy,
The felt energy in the lower belly.
Next inhale draw the energy up into the upper belly into the solar plexus region into the solar plexus chakra and see a sphere of rose gold light.
In your solar plexus.
Breathe into that light.
See and feel.
Pulsating.
In your solar plexus.
Breathing in and out through your solar plexus.
Feeling steady.
Feeling centered.
Connected.
Breathe the energy up into the center of the chest now,
Into your heart chakra.
See the rose gold sphere of light glowing inside of your chest now.
Breathing into it,
Allowing it to expand with each breath.
Sense and feel the glow.
Energy in your heart center.
Rose-gold sphere of pulsating light.
Expanding in your chest.
Connecting.
With love and appreciation to your true nature.
As loving life.
Us loving awareness.
As loving beings.
Begin to draw this rose gold light into the throat chakra.
See,
Feel and sense the rose gold light in your throat now.
Breathe into it.
Allowing your words to align.
With your true loving nature.
Allowing your expression to be free and fluid.
Solving any blocks from the throat chakra.
Can you feel the energy?

Knowing that if you don't feel or see much,
That your intention is enough.
As you follow my guidance and we now bring this rose gold light up into the third eye chakra in the center of the forehead.
Sensing it there,

Seeing.

That is opening your connection.

In each of the chakras and continue to draw the universal.
Golden energy unconditionally loving light into your solar plexus.
Into the second chakra and down into the root chakra and down that coil spiraling.
Deep into the earth all the way to the center of the earth.
See yourself now.
Holding this column of light moving from the heavens through you down into the earth grounding it there and then lift your awareness into the heart chakra in the center of the chest.
Which is the center of the chakra system,
The seven chakra system.
With the intention.
Of having all the chakras fully aligned.
Fully open.
Fully functional.
And filled with loving light both from Mother Earth and the Universe.
Imagine now that this light is expanding inside of your physical body and see every single cell filled with gold light.
Restoring health and vitality into your entire physical body.
Sense and feel the vitality.
Throughout your body.
Can you feel the pulsation of energy inside of your body now?
As each and every cell is being nourished by this healing light.
And could you now imagine that your entire energy body is filling with this same light?
And expanding this light around you,

About an arm's length.
Or wider.
All around your physical body into your auric field.
Filling the energy body.
The emotional body.
