Hello little friend,

It's time to relax,

Will you join me?

In a moment we'll be journeying in your imagination to the most relaxing peaceful place.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes,

Simply listen to my words as you find in your mind this wonderful place.

Let's start with 3 deep breaths,

Breathe in,

And out,

1,

Breathe in,

And out,

2,

Breathe in,

And out,

3,

Very good.

As you continue breathing deeply,

Feel your whole body relax into whatever you're resting on,

Sinking deeper and deeper.

You feel fully supported and completely safe.

Feel your breath fill your lungs,

Giving your body everything it needs.

Like a wave washing over you,

The breath flows down and around your entire body.

It feels so good.

As you breathe,

Every part of your body is filled with life.

Like a balloon,

Your entire body fills with air,

And you feel like you're becoming lighter and lighter.

Imagine yourself feeling so light,

You could float.

And now,

Imagine floating up into the air,

Slowly and safely,

Until you land softly on a white fluffy cloud.

This cloud is so soft and so cozy,

You relax even more.

Feel a soft pillow-like sensation under you,

And rest here.

Lay your head on the soft cloud,

And sink gently into it,

Deeper and deeper.

As you rest on this peaceful cloud,

You also lay down all your cares and worries.

Feel all your worries sink into the cloud,

And away from your mind.

Sinking away and away.

Very good.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are peaceful.

Imagine that cloud magically changing to your favorite color,

A color that makes you feel happy and joyful.

Picture that color now.

Feel that color wrap around you like a warm blanket.

As it wraps around you,

You are filled with so much joy.

A smile stretches across your face,

And you feel so happy,

So peaceful.

It's time to leave your magical cloud,

But you can take with you those good feelings of safety,

Peace and joy.

The cloud gently floats down back to the ground.

Breathe in and feel your body solid and supported on whatever you're resting on.

Breathe out,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

And returning from imagination to the here and now.

Whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.
