It engages your imagination to align with, visualize, and realize your hopes for your birthing experience. This practice can also help stave away anxiety and insomnia, promoting relaxation. As mental exercise, utilizing it regularly in the final trimester of pregnancy is highly recommended. The more it is listened to, the more powerful it can become. It can be utilized as a companion with other birth relaxation meditations, such as "Relaxing Birthing Meditation - Beach". It is best when listened to upon waking or just before falling asleep.
