Hello,

Namaste.

Today we're going to be doing a meditation to reach your highest self.

So before we start,

Grab a notebook and a pen and some water.

While you're getting everything prepared,

I want you to take a deep breath.

Feel the lungs,

Feel your belly rise and fall.

Now get comfortable in your meditation position.

Maybe this is sitting in a seat or sitting with your back straight,

Legs crossed.

Whatever is most comfortable for you,

But not too comfortable that you fall asleep.

So now that your eyes are closed and you're comfortable in your position,

I'm just going to focus on relaxing all of your body.

So start to imagine that you're laying in a bath and the bath is starting to fill up.

Slowly covering your toes,

You can feel the warm water brushing over you.

Slowly but slowly it's getting higher and higher.

Now it's up to your ankles.

Reaching your calves,

This warmness makes you melt into it.

It's covering your legs and it's the perfect temperature.

It washes over your knees,

Your thighs slowly,

Making you so calm and so relaxed.

The bath keeps filling.

Now it's brushed over your thighs and your glutes.

Brushing over your hips,

So warm,

So peaceful,

So calming.

Now it's warming your belly and the lower back,

Middle back.

Now your upper back and chest.

You dip your arms in the water slowly,

With the sensation following through your fingers,

Your wrists,

Your forearms and upper arms.

Slowly it's covering your shoulders.

You know that the sensation of water is so safe to be in and so you slowly let the water follow up your body,

Over your neck,

Knowing and trusting that you are safe,

You can breathe.

The water goes over your face and over your head and you are so safe and calm.

Just feeling that sensation of warmth all through your body.

And now imagine the bath is beginning to drain.

Slowly the sensation of warmth is still within your body,

But you feel movement coming down from the top of your head,

Past your third eye.

It feels like this white light is getting added to your body now that all the impurities have been washed away by this water.

And when the water drains,

You are left with this beaming,

Glowing version of yourself.

And the water drains slowly,

Revealing your neck and your shoulders.

Breathing this feeling in of safety,

Security,

Breathing in the feeling of your higher self.

And the water's falling gradually from your chest and your upper back,

From your shoulders and your upper arms,

From your belly and your middle and lower back,

From your forearms and your fingers.

The white light is getting revealed on your hips and your glutes.

And slowly your thighs are getting exposed to this as well.

And then your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles and your feet.

And you get out of this bath.

You're so ready,

You're so sure.

And you carry this energy with you.

So now you dry yourself off with the most lush stout and jump straight into bed.

Looking at the calendar date today as you jump in.

You slowly drift off to a deep,

Deep sleep.

It feels like one of the best rests you've had in a long time.

And you start to dream.

You see today's calendar date again.

And you see today's date in a month's time.

And then two months.

The calendar keeps flicking.

Three months,

Four months,

Five months.

It keeps going and turning until you reach today's date in one year's time.

And now you wake up in that new timeline.

One year from today.

You already are your future higher self.

And so you wake up.

I want you to notice everything about the day,

About the room,

About what time you're waking up,

How you're doing it.

Is there an alarm?

And is there anyone else in your bed?

I want you to start to think about all the things you have to do today.

Notice the feeling of joy that arises within you.

You look at the things that you get to do,

That you choose to do,

That you created a life around doing.

Now it's time to get up and start getting ready for your day.

Maybe you take time for exercise.

Maybe you go and get a coffee.

Maybe you jump straight in the shower.

Just notice what your energy is called to do.

And now you head out for the day.

Maybe you work from home,

But you start to get ready for it.

I want you to look in the mirror and see what you look like.

Truly see you for who you are.

A beautiful person staring back at you.

What does your hair look like?

How did you dress yourself?

Now you head out for the day and start your tasks.

You stay inside.

Whatever life you've created for yourself,

You start to do.

What are you doing during the day?

Are you spending it at a job that you love?

Are you spending your day helping others,

With friends and family?

Whatever you are doing is perfect for you.

Throughout the day you're nourishing your body with healthy meals.

Are you meeting friends?

Are you relaxed?

Are you happy?

What are the moments throughout your day that bring you so much joy?

Just the small simple moments.

Maybe you drink tea out of beautiful teacups.

Maybe the view out your window is simply divine.

Maybe you carve out time for yourself to exercise,

To move or even to create.

The day is passing,

It's getting to the afternoon and you start to think about what you're going to do for dinner,

How you're going to spend it.

And you think of all the things that you've ticked off your to-do list already today.

How accomplished you feel.

And you look at what you've got left to do and you know you're capable of achieving it.

You schedule in time for yourself.

You make yourself a priority.

You make your well-being and your happiness part of your to-do list.

You get started on the rest of your evening.

Maybe you make plans to go out to a beautiful restaurant for dinner.

Or stop by the grocery store so you can help nourish your body and cook yourself an amazing meal.

And after dinner I want you to notice how you're rewinding and relaxing from your day.

And I want you to think back while you're getting dressed to bed,

How grateful you are for today.

Think about all the people you saw,

The emotions that you felt and think of what you've achieved.

You come back into bed,

Climb in,

You throw the covers over you,

Feeling so cared for and nourished.

You get so comfortable and you start to drift off.

And again you see this calendar in front of you.

This time it's flicking in reverse.

One month back and then two months,

Three months,

Four months,

Five months.

And it keeps going and going and going until you're back at today's date.

And you wake up opening your eyes knowing that this future is possible.

This future is yours because you dreamt it.

Everyone's dreams are unique to them because everyone's purpose and everyone's destiny is unique to them.

Now I want you to take a moment bringing sensation back to your fingers and your toes.

Bringing slight movement back to the body wherever you feel inclined.

And I want you to slowly open your eyes if you haven't already.

And I want you to grab your journal and write about that vision that you've created.

What your future is in one year's time.

Go into detail,

Explain the emotions,

Know exactly how you felt about everything.

Everything you did,

Everyone you saw,

How you prioritized yourself in your joy.

Keep writing and I'll see you in our next session.
