Hello and welcome to your guided meditation.
Please find comfort in your seated position.
Take a moment to adjust your body to make your spine right to lengthen your back.
Place your hands comfortably on your legs and your thighs.
You may choose to place the left hand over the right palm,
Connecting the tip of your thumbs together.
Please gently close your eyes.
Close your mouth.
Place your smile on your lips.
A gentle smile.
Let's call it the smile of the Buddha.
Bringing harmony,
Compassion to your thoughts.
Become aware of your breath.
Become aware how you are breathing at this time.
Is it soft,
Gentle?
Is your breath shallow,
Rapid?
So take deep inhalations throughout your nose,
Fulfilling your lungs and exhaling very slowly.
The next inhalation,
Just direct the air to the belly and become aware of the movement of your abdomen.
It's wonderful to come together with the purpose of co-creating this meditation flow.
Just keep inhaling once again and flavoring the freshness of the air that goes through your nostrils.
Take the freshness of the air to your lower belly,
Refreshing all your digestive system.
Remember the smile of the Buddha in your lips.
And there is nothing you need to worry,
Nothing you need to think about.
Just keep bringing your awareness and attention to your breath,
To the temperature of your inhalation and allow your being to open up to the words I have to offer today.
So bring your awareness to the center of your chest,
In your heart.
Let's call it the spiritual heart energy.
Observe the sensations around your chest and I invite you to start to promote vibrations from your heart,
Vibrations of love and compassion.
You may visualize the green light involving your heart and spreading out throughout your chest from inside out.
And those are healing vibrations of kindness,
Of compassion towards yourself.
This is a beautiful moment for you to connect with your inner wisdom,
Your inner peace,
Mostly with your inner source of love,
Self-love.
So in each inhalation expand your chest,
Fulfill your chest with air and also with love.
Visualize your heart being flooded with love and compassion.
Create a warm feeling inside of your chest.
Visualize the colors green mixing with yellow,
Bringing a warm sensation in your chest.
You may visualize the sun inside of you but with a green color shining bright and warming up all your senses.
Connect with this heart energy.
Mentally repeat to yourself,
I am love.
I am unconditional love.
And these love vibrations are able to heal all the emotional wounds you may encounter in your path.
Let the warmth of your heart energy burn all the unwanted negative emotions.
Let go whatever doesn't serve you.
Visualize a flame,
A flame of love hitting your heart and burning all the negative emotions that are not in alignment with your new version anymore.
Let go your past,
Let go your wounds and forgive everything,
Anything,
Anyone that has caused harm in your life.
In each inhalation you repeat to yourself,
I am love.
I am this pure and unique self love.
Your heart is an unconditional source of love healing energy.
Let your chest vibrate in a wonderful frequency of love and send these vibrations to all yourselves.
Visualize these vibrations,
Fill it with light.
And these vibrations,
They're waking up every nucleus of every cell creating a luminous body from inside out.
You just flow and enjoy this wonderful feeling.
Awake your cells and visualize your body being luminous.
Let the pores of your skin radiate light.
Inhale light and exhale love.
Become the love and become the light.
Enjoy the inner peace promoted from your heart.
And so it is.
