Emma Auersperg

Emma has over fifteen years of experience teaching meditation to beginners and guiding experienced meditators into a deeper practise. Emma studied Philosophy incl. Chinese Philosophy, Psychology, and Creative Writing at Malmö University, Dalarna University and at Berkeley College in New York City and comes from a background in film making. Her practice is inspired by nature, science, poetry, shamanism, yoga, and the religions of the world. Emma's mission is to empower people to become aware of their power within, so that they can live their lives to the fullest. She believes that by coming in contact and meeting ourselves, we have the ability to heal, and to grow beyond measure. We access the power to help others, to do good in the world. Emma wanted to create something for people to open up their awareness for endless possibilities. For people to feel more alive. To listen to their heart, so that they can see their path more clearly. She calls it Connective Meditation. It is about connecting to your most inner self - and exploring the depth within. No matter what is happening outside of you or how others are behaving, freedom is inside you. Having been given endless inspiration and healing from nature, all Emma’s guided meditations take place outside in nature.  So that hopefully, that inspiration can also reach you. All videos from Garden of 3 are also AI free and are never dubbed.
