Caregiving is one of the most demanding and tender things a human being can do. This meditation is an offering of rest, a very gentle journey through the breath, the body, and the heart, designed to help you receive some of the care you give to others. Through somatic awareness and self-compassion, we create space to acknowledge how much you carry and invite a moment of true restoration (even if it is brief.) Friend, I have walked this path too and know how hard it can be. Please know you are not alone in this. May this be a moment of genuine reprieve, and a reminder that tending to yourself is also an act of love and so needed as a caregiver.
