Transcript

Welcome,

This moment is for you to pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

To arrive here,

Now,

Just as you are.

Wonder is the doorway to awe,

The widening of your heart when it meets something sacred.

It's the childlike gaze that whispers how beautiful,

How magical,

How alive.

In wonder,

You remember,

Life itself is a miracle.

Close your eyes now,

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Letting curiosity expand your heart,

Exhaling,

Releasing the need to understand,

With every breath,

Softening into wonder.

Breathing gently,

Allow these words to open your awareness,

Inhale,

I am open,

Exhale,

To wonder,

Inhale,

I am open,

Exhale,

To wonder,

Again,

Inhale,

I am open,

Exhale,

To wonder,

Inhale,

I am open,

Exhale,

To wonder,

Once more on your own,

And now,

Allow the words to disappear,

Nothing to grasp,

Nothing to know,

Only your breath,

Only this moment,

Resting here in wonder,

Noticing your breath again,

Moving in and out through your nose,

Noticing your body resting here,

Offering some gentle movement,

Opening and closing your hands,

Releasing any remaining grasp,

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing wonder with you.

Wonder keeps the world alive within you,

It turns the ordinary into something sacred.

As you return to your day,

Remember,

Wonder is found in every breath,

Every step,

Every moment.

Thank you for taking this time,

May you return again and again,

To your breath,

To your center,

To stillness.
