But in healing, nature is where the nervous system remembers its rhythm - where the body settles, the breath deepens, and we remember that we belong. This guided meditation is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through the natural world - not by effort or escape, but by remembering your place within it. Through imagery, breath awareness, and spacious presence, you’re guided into a sense of grounding where the body can soften, and the mind can quiet. There is nothing to seek here. Nothing to fix. Only an opportunity to remember that you are part of something larger.
