Welcome to today's meditation.
Find a comfortable seating position and slowly come to stillness with your eyes closed.
Today's meditation will enhance the quality direct so that it can serve you.
The quality direct gives you structure and makes you assertive confident and gives you the ability to move forward.
In the next minutes we will let go of the quality indirect and embrace the quality direct.
Take a few breaths now to arrive in a calm state of mind.
Take your time.
Let a few more thoughts wander around your marvelous brain for a moment before finding absolute stillness and quiet.
First of all let us neutralize the word direct.
Neither direct nor indirect are good or bad.
They're merely qualities.
So just take a moment to neither vilify or celebrate either of them.
Direct and indirect are both just qualities and both can be useful at certain times.
Take a few breaths now to neutralize your attitude.
So now before we say goodbye to the quality indirect let us be grateful for it.
Consciously create gratitude for the quality indirect.
Indirect can serve you.
It allows you to feel free and to be creative.
It allows you to be spontaneous and play with other humans.
But now in this moment indirectness is not needed anymore.
So take a moment to thank your indirect quality before you let it go.
With every breath you take feel the quality indirect disappear.
Trust that it can come back whenever you need it.
But for now give your body direction.
Give your mind a direction.
Give direction to your entire being.
With every breath allow yourself to let go of the quality indirect and increase the quality direct.
Imagine a conversation you will have after this meditation and picture and observe yourself how direct and focused you are.
How direct you're able to talk.
How assertive your body language.
How easily you tell people your opinion.
Embrace the embrace direct in your mind and your body.
Feel your breath becoming direct.
Strong,
Deep,
Regular breathing.
Feel your thoughts becoming direct.
Confident,
Assertive,
Clear,
Direct thoughts.
Feel your attitude become in control.
Moving towards attitude.
For the next five exhales say the word direct in your mind.
Every time you breathe out say it five times.
Feel your entire body and mind becoming direct.
Keep breathing.
Keep feeling the quality direct rising.
Now slowly reconnect with the world around you without losing your direction.
Slowly become conscious of where you are and you want to do next.
Stay direct both in your body and in your mind while you come out of your meditation.
Slowly move some fingers whilst staying direct.
Slowly open your eyes whilst staying direct.
Stay direct.
