Without losing your connection to yourself,
Feel your partner in front of you.
Fully open yourself to another person's energy.

What does that space feel like?
Take a few moments to feel and experience the space between you two.
Slowly come back to your partner.
Bring your focus and full attention onto your partner.
Not in front of your partner or between you,
But fully on your partner.
See your partner.
Feel your partner.
Invite you two to breathe together.
Keep connected through your eyes and slowly come to the same breathing rhythm In and out.
