Meditation Timer OnlineFaith Lauterbach is a Registered Nurse, a board-certified Holistic Wellness Coach, a certified Nutrition coach and a Yoga instructor. She saw first hand with her patients, herself and her family what happens when we don't take care of our bodies. Her passion for helping people really expanded as she learned more about treating people as whole beings and not just looking at single body systems. She helps make healthy choices simple through creating routines and practices that support mind, body and spirit health. Some of the many modalities that she practices and offers her work in are; 1:1 coaching, a wellness membership, leading meditations, hosting workshops, teaching yoga, sending a weekly wellness newsletter, and hosting a wellness podcast.
