Meditation Timer OnlineFaith Lauterbach is a Registered Nurse, a board-certified Holistic Wellness Coach, a certified Nutrition coach and a Yoga instructor. She saw first hand with her patients, herself and her family what happens when we don't take care of our bodies. While her passion is in guiding women through the healing process after betrayal, she also work with clients on a wide range of wellness goals- helping them create sustainable routines and habits that align with their values and vision for a thriving life. Some of the many modalities that she practices and offers her work in are; 1:1 coaching, a wellness membership, leading meditations, hosting workshops, teaching yoga, sending a weekly wellness newsletter, and hosting a wellness podcast.
