And when you are ready,

Let's start.

You can lie down or sit comfortably,

Whichever position is most comfortable for you.

And I invite you now to take a nice deep breath.

And as you're exhaling,

Just allowing your body to become heavy and relaxed.

I invite you now to feel,

See,

Sense or hear a waterfall in your beautiful place or space where you find yourself right now.

Feeling the mist of that waterfall falling on your face and on your skin.

Feeling the power of the vibration as that waterfall is falling down.

Observing the water flowing down.

And I invite you now to stand under the waterfall,

Step under it.

Allowing the water to flow from your head down your spine,

Your arms,

Your back,

Over and through your heart,

Your chest,

Your stomach,

Your abdomen,

Your lower back and your hips.

Down your legs,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down.

Feeling as the water is flowing through every single cell in your body.

How it's releasing stress.

How it's washing away tiredness and fatigue.

Calming down your nervous system.

And as the water is flowing over you,

Feeling the beautiful,

Powerful healing properties of that water.

Allowing it also now to release other people's energy and stress that has been held in your body.

Realizing now that it's no longer yours.

And it's no longer your burden to carry.

Allowing that also just to drain out of your body.

Down,

Down,

Down.

Out your feet into the earth.

And you can also just acknowledge to yourself.

I acknowledge the difference between my identity and other people's stress.

And just taking a nice deep breath again.

Allowing your body to become coherent and in alignment with your intention here with me today.

Allowing every single cell in your body to receive healing.

To reawaken on a new level for you.

Bringing you onto a path of strength,

Healing,

Balance and inner peace.

I invite you now to allow a beautiful light to flow from your head down your body.

Targeting and flowing through your stress hormonal cycles.

These cycles that become activated in a moment of fight and flight.

In a moment of stress.

And often times our stressful moments continue.

Which means that these stress hormonal cycles can also continue.

And we're now going to allow the stress that was triggered in the past that's giving the body and the mind the illusion that it's perhaps still taking place.

Allowing the stress hormonal cycles now to know and understand and realize that these incidents are in the past.

Allowing the fight and flight instinctive responses now also to know and understand and realize that you are safe.

That these cycles can now gently start to rebalance themselves.

Releasing built up energy,

Cortisol or adrenaline throughout the body.

Allowing that now just to drain out of the body,

Just down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Into the earth.

I am safe.

I am now in a place of calmness in the present moment in the here and now.

My body knows what it feels like to be free from old stress.

Allowing your mind and your body and your gut to become in beautiful coherence where it feels balanced.

Free from old memories from the past which is no longer real.

Pulling your mind and your body and your spirit forward into the present moment where it is free from old stress.

And just feeling these cycles slowly but surely starting to complete themselves.

Moving into a place of balance and silence.

And just what I would like you to do with me right now is to take a nice deep breath in your mouth and hold your breath for as long as you can.

And by doing this we are going to now signal to the body that you are safe.

I am calling you into the present moment right now.

And hold your breath as long as you can.

Allowing your body,

Your mind and your spirit to reset themselves right now.

Bringing you forward into the present moment.

And knowing and remembering that the present moment is the most powerful moment.

Because that is where you are in control,

Where you create what you want.

And I invite you now to allow a beautiful light to continue to flow throughout your body where you feel the ailment or the physical challenge.

Feel that beautiful healing light flowing from your head down into your body to the area where you feel the challenge.

Allowing that light to fill that area or areas.

That beautiful healing light.

And as that beautiful light is filling up these areas,

Bringing healing,

Release,

Regeneration,

Transformation.

Allowing that light to fill up that area.

And this area or areas are becoming bigger and bigger and bigger as this light is filling it up.

Feeling how the healing capacity in that area is just growing and growing and growing.

Allowing it to grow to such an extent where it almost is starting to become bigger than you,

Growing outside of you.

Building up,

Growing and growing.

Growing to such an extent that it's now just bursting and exploding out into the universe.

Feeling the release of that energy.

Allowing that energy to be released from you.

It is released from your identity.

It is released from your life purpose.

It is released from your contract.

And also silently within yourself,

Acknowledging the difference between your identity and the ailment.

Knowing and understanding that who you are and what you are becoming and transforming into your life no longer has to include this old identity that had this old ailment and challenge.

Knowing and understanding that who you are and the life that you're living is far greater and far more powerful than this old challenge that you had.

Bringing your mindset,

Your attitude towards the present moment.

Where you can start to decide making a conscious decision here with me right now.

Leaving behind this old identity that you felt challenged by.

And also leaving behind the karmic DNA lineage that you perhaps inherited from your ancestors.

Releasing you from the job,

Responsibility,

Contract or obligation to complete incomplete karmic ties from your ancestors.

Knowing and understanding that each one of them have their own roles to complete their own path.

And giving that power back to them and for you to reclaim your power back to your life in the here and now.

And just taking a nice deep breath with me.

And exhale.

Allowing that deep breath to be your moment,

Your symbol,

Your sign of moving and easing into your new identity.

I invite you now to connect to the area in your body where you feel challenged.

Where you feel this ailment.

And what you can do is even allowing a beautiful ball of light from your head.

Representing your full presence,

Focus and awareness.

To now gently move down into the body.

Down,

Down,

Down to where you feel challenged in the physical body.

Allowing that beautiful light to come to rest in this challenged area.

What voice or message is there?

And even what you can do is you can allow them all to speak at once.

Pushing and projecting them out of the body into a beautiful ball of light that is outside of your body.

Outside of the area where you feel challenged.

Pushing and projecting all these negative emotions and thoughts that's coming out of this challenged area into that external ball of light.

Pushing and pushing it out,

Projecting it out.

Pushing and projecting it out until it feels empty inside.

Pushing it out.

And then allowing a beautiful light to come over this external ball of light that's outside of your body.

Resolving and dissolving it like an aspirin tablet in water.

Resolving and dissolving.

Becoming weaker and weaker and weaker.

Smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller.

Lighter and lighter and lighter and lighter.

Resolving and dissolving.

Going,

Going,

Gone.

Feeling a sense of relief and lightness in your body.

Allowing yourself now to also disconnect from all these old messages,

All these old negative thoughts.

And you can even affirm,

I acknowledge the difference between my identity and these old negative messages that's no longer real.

Who I am is separate to old emotions from a past that is no longer real.

And just taking a nice deep breath.

And now let's also allow the vagus nerve to be re-energized and also to restore its communication in your body.

It is its job to communicate and translate messages between all your organs in your body.

And we're just allowing a beautiful light to now flow through the vagus nerve.

Flowing,

Resolving and dissolving stress that is causing it to feel perhaps blocked or challenged to communicate to its fullest divine extent.

Allowing that beautiful light to flow through those nerves.

Healing it.

Soothing it.

And restoring the cellular memory of this vagus nerve to the highest and best form and performance for your body.

Allowing this nerve to remember what it feels like to be healthy,

Connected and supported by your body.

Allowing communication to be restored to your gut,

Your liver,

Your heart,

Your stomach,

Your kidneys and your adrenals.

All your glands and also your immune system.

Any and all aspects that the vagus nerve is responsible for bringing forth messages back and forth in the body.

Allowing balance and coherence to be restored in the highest and best way for you with ease and with grace.

Allowing that beautiful light just to flow from your collarbone,

From your chest down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down.

Into the gut area.

Blow down into the kidneys.

Allowing that beautiful light to flow down,

Down,

Down to your feet.

Restoring balance.

Allowing these beautiful cells to remember what it feels like to communicate with joy.

It's effortless.

It's natural.

And it's easy.

And just taking a nice deep breath.

And now together we're going to do affirmations and all that you have to do is listen to my voice.

I call my health back.

I call my happiness back.

I call my inner peace back.

I call my inner balance back.

I call my power back from circumstances I felt unsupported.

I call my power back from circumstances I felt unloved in.

I call my power back from circumstances where I felt disrespected in.

I call my power back from circumstances I felt taken advantage of.

I call my power back from circumstances I felt lonely in.

I call my power back from circumstances I felt rejected in.

I call my power back from circumstances I felt abandoned in.

I call my power back from people who caused me stress.

I call my power back from circumstances that caused me stress.

I reclaim my birthright to be healthy.

I reclaim my birthright to be happy.

I reclaim my birthright to be myself.

I call my power back.

I call my power back.

When you're ready let's start the breathing technique.

We'll be breathing in the mouth and out the nose to activate the alpha brainwave state.

Resetting every single cell in your body to become in alignment with these beautiful changes that you are now making in your life.

And also bringing your brainwave states into alignment with your new changes.

When you're ready let's breathe in the mouth,

Nice deep breaths.

And out the nose.

In the mouth.

And out the nose.

In the mouth.

And out the nose.

And now breathing on your own,

In the mouth.

Out the nose.

In the mouth.

Now we're going to pick up the pace.

In the mouth,

A little bit faster.

In the mouth,

Deep breath and hold.

Hold it for as long as you can.

And if you feel dizzy,

Perfect.

Every single cell in your body is now realigning itself.

Becoming coherent with the changes that you are making.

Allowing yourself even just to drop into that dizziness.

Just allow it and let it be.

Only when you can't hold your breath anymore,

Exhale out the nose.

Only when you can't hold your breath anymore,

Exhale out the nose.

Allowing a beautiful light now to flow from your head,

Down your body,

Your back,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Down your legs,

Out your feet.

Allowing yourself to come to the earth.

Grounding you,

Anchoring you back with ease and grace.

Allowing your mind,

Your body and spirit to continue to heal throughout the day and night.

As your beautiful cells start to reawaken the process that we went through together today.

Allowing your body to be reminded of its vitality,

Powerful healing capacity and ability to transform instantly.

Allowing your body now to feel balanced,

Coherent and in alignment with your identity as you heal and transform.

And starting to feel the surface beneath your body.

Following my voice back into the room.

Wiggling your toes,

Wiggling your fingers.

Giving your body a nice big stretch.

And if you feel comfortable after this meditation then I would highly recommend that when you feel ready to stand up and you can even jump a little bit or just shake your arms and legs.

This helps to release any stuck energy from flowing again.

And it helps the body to integrate faster.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and welcome back.
