Short and sweet grounding meditation.
This is a meditation to connect with your higher self and your essence and to ground into this present here and now moment.
You are more than welcome at any point to invite in your guides or your spirit team or any other angelic beings of light,
Galactic beings,
Deities,
Spirits,
Ancestors.
That is up to you.
I will only be guiding us to connect with our higher selves.
Let's get into it.
Begin to bring your awareness into the here and now without judging it,
Without changing it.
Just noticing where you are in your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit,
Your soul.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Holding it at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully,
Fully and completely.
Releasing anticipation,
Expectations,
Releasing any stagnant energy that is no longer serving you.
Now,
Taking another deep breath in through the nose if that's available,
Holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
Having a moment of gratitude for taking just a few minutes out of your day to connect with your energy and your essence.
On your next exhale,
See,
Feel or imagine roots growing down and out through the bottom of your spine,
Maybe through the bottom of your feet.
Feeling these roots grow deep down,
Passing through the ground,
Passing through the floor until they reach,
Wrap around,
Coil and connect with Mother Earth's center,
Grounding you here in her love.
On your next inhale,
See,
Feel,
Trust,
Imagine,
Know or sense a bright light from inside of your heart center.
As you inhale,
Feeling this light around your heart expanding,
Glistening and glittering with its light,
With your authentic sovereign energy.
Feeling it expand around your entire being.
Inviting in your highest self to be here with you now.
Asking your ego to step aside and accepting this present moment as it is without changing it.
Take as long as you need to be here with your highest self.
But when you're ready,
Thanking your highest self for coming through.
Maybe sending this light from your soul across the room you're in,
Sending it out to the universe,
Surrounding the earth.
Thanking the earth for holding you,
For grounding,
Connecting with your energy.
Come back to your breath,
Taking a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Coming back into the space,
Back into your body.
Noticing if you feel any different now than at the start of this meditation.
Take as long as you need to come back into the space.
But when you are ready,
Softly and gently bringing movement back,
Blinking your eyes open with a smile,
Maybe placing a hand or two over your heart and taking a few deep breaths,
Feeling into your heartbeat,
Noticing what you can hear,
What you can taste,
What you can smell,
What you can see,
What you can feel.
And trusting that you can do this practice at any time,
At any place with ease and with grace.
