Welcome to this Mercury Retrograde Affirmations Meditation.
In this meditation I will repeat some channeled affirmations to help you navigate this Mercury Retrograde.
Find yourself in a comfortable position whether that's sitting down,
Lying down,
Or standing up,
Whatever you are being called to do.
Finding yourself with your feet flat on the floor if that's available to you and start to take some deep breaths in through the nose and back out the nose.
You can feel the breath against your nostrils.
Just becoming aware of the space you are in.
Feeling yourself sink into the cushion,
Into the floor,
Wherever it is you are.
Feeling yourself becoming more grounded in your space.
Closing the eyes if that feels comfortable to you and take a few deep breaths here.
Do a quick body scan using your mind's eye starting at the top of your head.
Just noticing and observing how your body is.
Noticing if there is any tension.
Moving down your neck into the left shoulder.
Moving across the back into your right shoulder.
Moving to the front of your chest.
Feeling into your heart center and breathing deeper and releasing any tension on each exhale.
Moving down into the left arm all the way past your wrists to your hands.
Moving back into your right arm.
Moving down past the elbow,
Past the wrists,
Into your fingers.
And then moving down your torso,
Passing your stomach,
All the way down into your pelvis.
Moving down the left leg,
Passing the thigh,
The knee,
Going down past your ankle into your foot.
Feeling your toes,
The ball of your foot.
Moving back up the left leg and moving into your right leg.
Moving down past the knee,
Passing your calf.
And remember just to notice without judgment,
Just observing how it is your body is feeling.
Allow yourself to just be where you are.
If there is any point of tension in your body that is sticking out to you,
Take a few deep breaths envisioning this tension releasing from your body.
Accepting it for what it is.
And listening to these affirmations and allowing them to go into your subconscious mind.
If you feel called to you can repeat these affirmations out loud in your mind or simply just listen to them.

Feel free to sit with these affirmations as long as you need to.
If you find any new affirmations are coming into your awareness,
Allow them to come through and repeat them to yourself.
But when you feel ready,
Start introducing some deep breaths and come back to your body,
Feeling your body and noticing where you are,
Coming back to the room you're in,
Slowly moving your toes or fingers,
Maybe moving your head from the side to side,
Stretching.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly blink open your eyes and come back into the space and have gratitude for taking the time to listen to these affirmations and allowing them to help you navigate the Mercury retrograde coming through.
