Release limiting beliefs, blocks, and all that is no longer in alignment with your highest self with this guided body scan and visualization meditation. In this full moon release meditation, you will take a journey through a forest to release, shed doubts and all that does not serve you. This meditation can be used at any point in the year but is recommended to be used 3 days before or after (or on) a full moon. This meditation was recorded live on Insight Timer on June 14, 2022.

Full moon release meditation.

Finding yourself in a really comfortable position whether that's sitting,

Standing up,

Or lying down.

Making sure you have everything you need around you whether that's a blanket or a pillow.

Begin to take some deep breaths.

Focusing on the sensation of the breath coming in and out of your nostrils if that's available to you.

Noticing the sensation of your body on wherever you are laying down or sitting.

The ground,

A bed,

A chair,

Couch,

And feeling yourself sink into wherever it is you are.

Using your mind's eye,

Start a body scan from the top of your head at your crown and just noticing without judgment just observing any sensations in your body any places of tension anything that you're picking up but start at the top of your head moving down your neck moving into your left shoulder down your left arm passing the elbow going into your palm into your hand and going from each finger all the way back up in your back to your right shoulder moving down the right arm again just observing without judgment just noticing what it is you're feeling moving down in the right hand the palm going to each finger and going into the upper back going down the back into the lower back noticing both the left and the right side then moving around to your chest feeling into your heart center taking a deep breath here and continue scanning down your torso into your left hip moving down the left leg passing the knee passing your calf down the ankle into your foot seeing both the bottom and the top of your foot feeling each individual toe and going back up your left leg into your right hip and moving down the right leg passing the knee moving down through the ankle into your right foot noticing how each toe feels and then moving back up into your pelvis taking a deep deep breath here and just observing and acknowledging and accepting any places of tension in your body now using your mind's eye or your imagination or just imagine feel or sense you are walking into a lush green forest feeling the grass and the soil beneath your feet feel it re-energizing you and grounding you as you connect to Mother Earth and as you walk along in this forest noticing any flowers or plants or animals nearby know that you are protected and that you are safe here feel the earth supporting you as you take step by step moving forward along the earth and through the tall trees you see the full moon peeking through shining brighter than you've ever seen the moon shine before seeing it glisten in the sky and allow yourself to feel the moon beams illuminating your path as you walk along the path suddenly you notice it splits into two separate paths go to the one that is calling you most as you're walking down the path you see a comfortable place to stop or sit down and it is near a fire pit this fire pit has a fire full of the violet flame and it will transmute and release all that no longer is serving you allow yourself to sit or rest near this fire and send all limiting beliefs blocks or doubts into the fire and see the moon illuminating the space around you as you release and forgive your body mind and spirit for holding on to those things that no longer serve you and are not in alignment with your highest timeline know those things are being removed and cleared from your being now you are safe you are supported you are worthy and you are deserving allow yourself to feel the loving warmth of the fire as you hear some channeled messages and affirmations people are going to be jealous of you and try to put you down stand in your truth and in your ground to show them that their opinions do not affect you release these people who are unsupportive but release them with forgiveness and grace knowing they are on a different life a journey than you believe in yourself and screw what others think be wise and interact with people and things that lift you up rather than those that pull you down or dampen your light allow your authentic light to outshine their negativity you have the power to live your life authentically and attract all of your dreams and wants and desires and needs this will only be done through releasing those that are no longer in alignment with your highest self and your highest timeline be patient and compassionate move forward with love faith grace and gratitude your life is occurring within divine timing and your growth and challenges help create your dream reality even if you don't see that now trust you're divinely protected and guided in this lifetime trust your intuition and body and listen to yourself and protect your energy because of how brightly you shine there will always be people that want to take your light away protect and shield in order to avoid this do it in whatever ways you feel called to do and how ever many times a day you feel called to do it is recommended that you cleanse and shield and protect your energy at least once if not twice a day especially if you're going outside find gratitude for all of the challenges you face while releasing and forgiving you are safe you are love you are loved you are loving you are protected you are light you are forgiven you are magic you are worthy you are deserving you shine brightly and inspire others to shine as well all you need you already have within you now trust in divine trust in yourself trust in divine timing trust in your intuition surround yourself with unconditional love and support release the belief of putting others wants comfort needs and desires before yours you deserve to put yourself first always stay here by this fire as long as you need but when you feel ready you can start getting up from wherever it is you are and walk back the path you just came from thinking the trees around you thanking the moon for illuminating your way and thank yourself for taking this journey to release and forgive slowly take deep breaths and release the path you are on and release the force you are on and come back into your body feel the space you are in and returning to your space slowly slowly taking deep breaths feeling your body on whatever surface it is touching slowly moving your body whether it's moving your fingers and toes or blinking open your eyes slowly moving your head from side to side again take as long as you need but when you're ready you can come back into the space and have a moment of gratitude for taking the time to meditate today thank you so much for meditating with me
