Energy reset meditation.
Start by getting in a comfortable position.
Feel free to sit,
Lie down,
Stand up,
Whatever works best for you.
And start by taking a deep,
Deep inhale through the nose and releasing any stagnant energy through your exhale,
Completely exhaling any air.
And take another deep inhale,
Filling up your stomach and your back and your chest with this air and releasing it out through your nose if that's available for you to do so.
Releasing and exhaling fully and completely.
Take a few more deep breaths and feel free to close the eyes as we begin this energy reset journey into a magical rainforest.
Bring your mind's eye to the top of your head and notice without making any judgment,
Just observing any sensations you're experiencing through your body.
You're going to do a quick body scan from your head all the way down to your toes.
Just noticing at the top of your head and moving your mind's eye down the neck into the left shoulder.
Moving down the left arm.
Just continue to breathe and notice if you are feeling any sensations and don't judge them,
Just let them be.
Accept them as they happen.
And go back up into the right shoulder and moving down the right arm.
Bringing your mind's eye into the chest and breathing deeply into the space and releasing on your exhale any stagnant energy that no longer serves you.
Moving down towards your stomach.
Again,
Allowing any thoughts or feelings to just pass by,
Allow them to come in but remember that you are here and you have nothing that you need to be doing right now besides breathing and focusing on the breath as you scan the body.
Moving down into the left leg,
Going all the way down to the knee,
Past the calf and the ankle into the left foot.
Going past the heel all the way into your toes and go back up into the right leg.
Moving down to the knee,
Past the calf,
Passing the ankle and the heel and going into your toes.
We'll begin this journey by walking on the most green lush grass in this magical rainforest where the raindrops are energy full of love and light that only fill you with peace and happiness.
You are safe in this rainforest.
Imagine the beautiful colorful flowers and plants surrounding this rainforest.
This is your safe space.
Feel free to be creative and let your imagination play with what is in this rainforest if you notice any animals or energetic beings.
Allow them to come and know that you are protected and safe in this space.
Continue walking as you see a path form.
Taking deep breaths as you continue to walk and notice the tall trees and beautiful plants and flowers as you walk along.
This path splits down into two roads.
One road is calling to you to go down.
Take that path and continue walking until you see a waterfall.
You see this waterfall in the distance and this water is not typical water.
This water is full of light and protecting energy.
In front of this waterfall you see a bench.
Feel free to sit on the bench or go dive into the waterfall.
Know that nothing can harm you in this water and it is cleansing of your energy and just looking at it is cleansing your energy.
Take a few moments to let any messages come through your intuition and relax as you listen to this waterfall or swim in the waterfall or simply sit on the bench.
This is your journey.
