This is an equinox meditation and reflection.
Let's get comfortable.
Make sure that you are feeling safe and are in a comfortable position.
Your eyes can be open or closed,
Whatever you feel called to do.
We are going to do some reflecting as the universe is in harmony today.
The Sun and the light,
The darkness and the moon,
They are balanced.
We are one.
We are safe and we are supported.
Make sure that you are taking deep breaths in and out of your nose and just feeling the weight of your body where it is,
Whether you're sitting,
Laying or standing.
Feeling gravity holding you and supporting you and really taking the time to get comfortable now knowing that you can move if you feel called to be dancing and move with the music to hum along.
Do whatever you feel called to do.
In this meditation we are just going to reflect over the last six months or so and then we're gonna think about where it is we want to move forward.
But first we are going to focus on our breath.
Feeling the cold inhale versus the warmer exhale passing through your nostrils or your mouth if you need to.
Feeling your heart fill with joy.
Maybe placing a hand on your heart,
Having a huge smile on your face and just having gratitude for being here right now,
For taking the time to receive some healing and to do some reflecting as we are ever-changing beings,
As we are ever-changing and growing,
Shifting,
Ascending,
Transcending,
Transforming,
Enlightening our lives.
If you are in the Northern Hemisphere,
Think back to the spring equinox of March this year,
Just around six months ago,
And reflect what has changed or shifted since then.
And if you're in the Southern Hemisphere,
Think back to the autumn equinox and what has shifted through the winter.
What has changed and shifted in these last few months?
Maybe you've let go of some relationships,
Maybe you've discovered a new passion or hobby,
Joined a new workplace,
Started a new project,
Traveled somewhere,
Maybe plans fell through in ways you didn't expect,
Or maybe you went on adventures greater than you ever imagined,
Not expecting to go on such wonderful journeys.
Regardless of how many things you think about have changed or shifted in these last few months,
Find yourself being grateful because you would not be where you are today without the experiences from the past.
Allow yourself to release any judgment for things that you wish were in your control,
Releasing judgment from shifts and changes that maybe you're not proud of.
Allow yourself to have gratitude for feeling these emotions because you're only human right now.
Give yourself grace and compassion for taking time to reflect and moving forward.
Think about what energies would you like for this next season?
What energies would you like to feel as you move into this new season of life?
Whether it's financial security,
Relationships that you would like to feel,
Romantic energies,
Supported energies,
Whether you want to heal your inner child and have playful energies full of pleasure and creativity and love and support and childlike wonder and curiosity,
What energies would you like to experience in the next few months as we shift into the autumn or into the spring,
Depending on where you are in the world.
Feel with your heart center these emotions of these energies that you are bringing in to this new season.
The joy,
The love,
The anticipation.
Feel love expanding across your entire being as we are ready to shift and move into a new season of life.
And if you're having a hard time feeling these energies,
That's okay.
Give yourself some grace and know that just naming what it is you would like to feel is enough for now.
Start taking a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,
Slowly coming back into the body.
Coming back into the space that you're in and having a moment of gratitude for just taking a few minutes to reflect and invite in these changes that are coming with the new season.
