This guided meditation starts with a grounding body scan from your toes to your head without music. Around the 8 minute mark some light instrumental improvised sound healing begins alongside the visualization meditation leading you to meet a spirit guide or possibly an angel, ancestor, or other divine energy for several minutes before being led back into your physical body. This meditation was recorded and channeled live on Insight Timer on Jan 5, 2023.

Connect to your guides meditation,

Making sure you are in a comfortable position,

Whether that's sitting down,

Lying down,

Making sure that your spine is in alignment with your head in a straight line.

If you are sitting up as if somebody is pulling a string above your head and your shoulders are back,

But down and relaxed.

And if you're laying down,

Making sure that you're comfortable with your spine and alignment,

Whether you have a pillow or not.

Take time right now to make sure you are comfortable.

Once you're comfortable,

Once you're settled in,

Start taking some deep breaths in through the nose and back out the nose if that's available to you.

Inhaling through the nose all the way,

Filling up your entire diaphragm and your lungs with air and holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.

Taking another deep breath just like that,

Inhaling through the nose,

Holding at the top before exhaling fully and completely releasing any tension from your body and taking another deep breath and gently closing your eyes on your exhale if your eyes are not already closed or keeping a soft gaze.

But if you're comfortable,

Closing over the eyes and focusing on your breath,

Feeling the cold air versus the warmer exhale coming out of your nostrils,

Feeling the sensation of the air coming in and out.

We're going to do a quick body scan starting at the feet.

So bringing your mind's eye,

Your attention,

Your focus to your toes,

Feeling in each individual toe.

You might start at the left foot and then go to the right foot,

Feeling the toes where they are and taking a deep breath and on the exhale just relaxing them just a little bit more.

Moving into the rest of your feet,

Moving into the left leg,

Going around the ankle,

The calf and taking a deep breath here and on the exhale releasing any tension and relaxing into this calf just a little bit more.

Going up the leg,

Passing the knee and just observing and noticing without judgment where you are today,

How your body is feeling,

Knowing that you are feeling exactly what you need to be feeling and giving yourself grace if it's hard to let go of tension or if your mind starts to wander.

Going up into your left hip,

Taking a deep breath here and releasing tension,

Relaxing even more as you exhale.

Moving back into the right leg,

Around the ankle,

The calf,

Just noticing without judgment,

Taking a deep inhale and releasing tension and relaxing on your exhale.

Moving up the right leg,

Passing the knee,

Passing your quad,

All the way until you reach your right hip,

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling any tension,

Relaxing into the hip.

Focusing in on your pelvis,

Your navel,

Around your stomach,

Your belly button,

Noticing as you inhale the rise of your stomach and the rise of your belly button and the fall as you exhale.

Moving up your torso to your chest,

Feeling into your heart center,

Taking a deep breath here,

Expanding your chest,

Feeling into the heart,

Feeling the love and exhaling,

Releasing any tension,

Opening your chest,

Moving back down to your back,

Your lower back,

Right above your tailbone,

Just noticing,

Moving up the spine,

Just noticing,

Moving up into your left shoulder,

Breathing in here and exhaling,

Releasing any tension,

Relaxing even deeper into your left shoulder,

Moving into the right shoulder and doing the same thing here,

Deep,

Deep breath and exhaling,

Releasing tension,

Releasing any stagnant energy and moving into the left arm,

Passing the shoulder all the way through the elbow,

All the way through the wrist,

Moving into your left hand,

Noticing how each individual finger feels,

Taking a deep breath here and releasing your hand,

Releasing and relaxing,

Then moving back into the right shoulder,

Going down the right arm,

Passing the elbow,

Passing the wrist into the right hand and just noticing and observing how each individual finger feels,

Breathing in and exhaling,

Releasing tension,

Releasing and relaxing,

Moving into the back of your neck,

Going all the way up into your head,

Noticing how your throat feels,

Coming to the front of your neck and breathing here,

Inhaling and exhaling any tension,

Any blocks here,

Releasing and relaxing your throat,

Relaxing the tongue and coming into your face and releasing the tongue again,

Releasing your jaw,

Taking a deep breath,

Exhaling any tension,

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your eyelids,

Relaxing your eyebrows,

Relaxing your ears,

Relaxing your forehead and coming to the top of your head,

Just taking a deep breath here and exhaling fully and completely,

Breathing softly,

Start to see,

Feel or imagine a bright light above your head,

Feel,

See or imagine this light expanding across your entire body,

Holding you in this loving light,

You may see a color or two,

But know that this light is shining brighter and brighter with each breath you take,

Breathing in this white light,

White light next to any colors you may see,

See this light expanding across your entire body,

You are in this bubble of light,

You are safe here,

Using your mind's eye,

Your imagination,

Start walking along a path with this lush green grass,

It's soft beneath your feet and with each step you take,

You start seeing more of where you are,

You might notice some trees,

Flowers,

Other plants,

Maybe some animals,

As you walk along this path,

You feel this great sense of gratitude,

A huge smile on your face,

Trust that you are going to experience whatever you need to experience here,

Notice how tall the trees are around you,

Notice maybe there's a river alongside the trees,

Alongside the path you are on,

How tall the grass is,

How bright the flowers are,

And if any birds,

Animals,

Insects appear along your path,

Take note of what they are,

As you walk along this path,

You are grounded and centered,

There is nothing that can harm you here,

And you notice just up ahead,

The path splits into two,

You decide to go on one of the paths,

And as you come on this new path,

You see a beautiful castle,

It's shining and almost as if it was made out of diamonds,

It is so sparkly and bright,

The colors may differ each time you visit this castle,

Or the colors may shift,

But there is an iridescent quality to them,

You feel called to go up to this castle door,

It's a very tall door,

Take notice of what the handle looks like,

You stare at the handle,

And maybe you take a moment to decide whether or not you want to enter the castle,

Taking a breath,

You put your hand on the handle,

And it opens with ease to a beautiful space inside of the castle,

There's a nice comfy sofa couch,

Some chairs,

A table,

A dining table,

With many chairs around it,

A fireplace,

Maybe even a bed,

This castle is a safe space that you have found,

That you can return to at any time,

What is inside of the castle may change each time you come,

But what will be there is exactly what you need,

Get comfortable,

Maybe you choose to sit on the sofa,

Lay on the ground,

Maybe feel the carpet beneath you,

If there is a carpet,

Or maybe you get into the bed,

Or maybe there's a jacuzzi,

And you take a dip in the jacuzzi,

Know that you are safe in doing whatever it is you choose to do,

And take a moment of gratitude for exploring and entering this castle,

Soon you start to notice an energy near you,

It is full of love,

And light,

And warmth,

And safety,

And security,

This energy is protective of you,

And it feels almost familiar,

Maybe you've met this energy before,

Notice where you start to feel this energy,

Notice the quality,

Notice the quality,

If there's a texture that comes up,

A color that comes up,

Maybe a name starts ringing in your ear,

Take time to welcome in this energy around you,

As it may be one of your guides,

You may start to see this energy form in front of you,

Or you may just know that it is there,

Or you may just trust that it is there,

Even if you don't feel it,

You are allowed to ask this energy for anything,

About anything,

Or just simply sit with this energy,

And get to know what it feels like,

Feel it coming closer,

Or feel it going a little further away from you,

What that might feel like,

Take some time trusting that you are experiencing exactly what you need to be experiencing right now,

Maybe multiple energies are coming up,

Take note of how different they feel,

Even if it's just the slightest difference,

But if you feel overwhelmed,

You can always come back to the breath,

And know that you are safe in this castle,

You can look at the chandeliers that are hanging,

The crystals that surround you,

But as you lean into this energy,

Meeting your guide,

Know that you are safe,

Know that you can come back here at any moment,

At any time,

But for now,

Say thank you to the energy that has come to visit you,

To whatever spirit,

Ancestor,

Guide,

Angel,

Being,

Have a moment of gratitude for yourself,

For being brave,

And for being open to explore,

Thanking your guide once again,

And thanking yourself for taking the time,

Say goodbye to the castle for now,

Know that you can find it whenever you choose,

You close the door behind you,

And again,

Notice the handle,

And notice if the castle has changed colors,

Or has stayed the same,

You start walking along the path again,

Feeling the grass beneath your feet,

Seeing the bright colors that surround you,

Whether they be on trees,

Plants,

Animals,

Thank the forest,

Or whatever place you are in,

Thank the land that you are on,

And start coming back to the breath,

Taking a deep inhale,

And coming back into the space that you are in,

Back into the body,

Slowly,

Slowly,

Breathing into your body,

Feeling it on whatever surface you are sitting or laying down on,

Feeling the air touching your skin,

Feeling whatever fabric or cloth you might be touching,

Coming back into the space,

Adding some soft,

Slow movement to your body,

Wiggling your toes and fingers,

Maybe moving your head from side to side,

Before rubbing your hands together,

Feeling the warmth being generated between them,

And placing them over the eyes,

And feeling the energy you have created,

And slowly blinking open your eyes,

Maybe placing your hands on your heart now,

As you take in the space that you are in,

Seeing all the colors,

Being aware of what you can hear,

What you can see,

What you can smell,

What you can taste,

And seeing the beauty of taking some time to meet with a guide today,

Taking a deep breath,

And knowing that you can come back at any time.

First time doing it and I saw one of my guides Eliyaju! He was an elderly man with long silver beard, very similar to the hermit in a classic tarot deck (I don't read tarot so it's not my subconscious sending me random images). I also briefly saw my Mom, Dad and one of my grandmas who passed, but I was told to connect to the hermit first and then the time will come to connect to my parents later. Thank you for this beautiful gift, it was very peaceful and not scary at all 🙏💖
