We will be doing an uncording meditation.
We are letting go,
Forgiving and releasing relationships,
Blocks,
Situations,
Limiting beliefs,
Karmic patterns,
Cycles,
And anything that is holding us back from moving forward with confidence on our authentic pathways,
On our most brilliant and highest timelines of life.
So make sure that you are in a comfortable position,
Whether that's sitting down,
Standing,
Lying down.
Take a second to get comfortable.
Make sure that you feel safe to release these cords.
Know that this meditation is very very powerful and so you may experience some emotions or feelings.
If you are overwhelmed,
Please remember you can always come back to the breath,
Feeling the warmth of your exhale versus the cooler inhale.
But know that whatever you experience in this meditation is meant for you to experience.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
Breathing in,
Filling your entire diaphragm and lungs with air and holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely,
Releasing any tension from your body.
On your next exhale,
Just noticing the weight of your body on whatever it is that it is touching,
Whether it's the air,
A bed,
The ground,
A couch,
Clothes,
Fabric.
Just feeling the weight of your skin on whatever it is touching.
Taking in another deep breath and on the exhale just releasing tension from your body,
Accepting where you are today without judgment,
Observing how your body feels and how you're doing today without the expectation of changing it,
But just observing and acknowledging where you are.
On your next exhale,
See,
Feel or imagine roots shooting down from the bottom of your spine and your feet passing through the earth,
Through the floor as they grow stronger,
Grounding you in Mother Earth,
Wrapping around and coiling around the core of the earth.
Feeling supported by Mother Earth here,
I call upon all of our guides,
Angels,
Archangels,
Ancestors,
Beings of love and light to support us on this journey and to help us experience whatever it is we need to.
Feel free to call in your spirit team and any beings of light that you feel called to connect with now.
On your next inhale,
Breathe in a bright white light above your head,
Breathing in this white light,
White light,
Feeling this light growing stronger and expanding above your head.
You might start seeing other colors as well,
But feel this bright light,
Feel pure love in this light,
Expanding from above your head to beneath your feet as if you're in a bubble of light,
Wrapping you in this love,
In this healing,
In this protection.
Start to sense one of your angels,
Maybe it's a unicorn or any being of love and light.
Feel them enveloping you and unfolding you in their love.
Know that you are safe here and that no harm can be done.
As you sit here,
Start to imagine or think about or just feel one or more people that you have an attachment to.
You might instead feel a situation or a pattern or habit limiting belief or a block.
Just feel this attachment.
What does it look like?
Attachments may present themselves as chains or ropes,
Daggers or something else,
Maybe a cord or wire,
String,
Maybe just a beam of light.
Tell these people,
Places,
Situations,
Things or habits that you want to release any lower energies between you.
Mentally say to these people,
Places or things,
I set us free.
I set us free.
Ask this being of light beside you to dissolve any cords with its divine light.
Feel these cords transmuting into the highest love and light frequency.
Know that these people,
Places,
Beings,
Habits,
Situations or blocks are being blessed with whatever their heart desires.
These divine angelic blessings are now showering over you too.
You can repeat this affirmation to yourself in your mind's eye or out loud.

I am free to be myself.
Feeling lighter in your body,
This weight lifted off of your shoulders as you've uncorded from these relationships,
These connections,
These things that no longer serve you or support you as you make way on your authentic journey to your highest timeline,
To your most desired,
Most fulfilling and enriching life.
If there are any other relationships,
People,
Things that you start to think of that you wish to uncord and transmute and free yourself from,
You may take another moment to see those things that you are attached to and tell them you want to release any lower energies between you.
Feeling these attachments and what they look like and mentally set them free.
Asking this light being to dissolve these cords with light and knowing that these people,
These things are being blessed as well as you are being blessed from releasing them and as you release them and set yourself free to be yourself.
Take a moment of gratitude for being here today,
For taking the time to set yourself free from what no longer serves you,
To move you forward onto your path of love and light,
To know that you are supported and can come back here anytime.
Take a moment to thank this being of light for being here with you,
For helping you transmute these cords into the highest love and light.
Take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to meditate today,
To receive some sound and Reiki healing.
And when you are ready,
Slowly start bringing your awareness back into your body,
Taking a deep breath and just feeling your body where it is.
Maybe you feel lighter,
Maybe you feel warmer,
Colder,
Some tingles,
More refreshed,
More at peace with yourself.
Knowing that you are free to exist as your truest,
Most authentic,
Sovereign and sacred being,
As your truest and wholest self.
Slowly,
Slowly coming back into the body,
Taking deep breaths.
You might start to wiggle your toes and fingers,
Move your head slowly from side to side,
Placing a hand over your heart or putting your palms together in front of your heart or above your third eye,
Rubbing your hands together,
Feeling the warmth and energy generating and slowly placing your hands over your eyes to slowly blink your eyes open.
Slowly coming into the space that you are in,
As you softly blink your eyes open,
Taking in the space,
What colors you can see,
What things you can hear,
What you can feel,
And taking a sigh of relief,
Knowing that you are exactly where you need to be,
Experienced exactly what you needed to,
And know that this is a practice that you can come back to at any time you feel called to do so.
