This is a meditation into your heart space.
Get comfortable.
You can be sitting or lying down,
Reclined or straight up,
Whatever works best for you.
The idea is to be comfortable.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and hold it at the top before exhaling fully and completely,
Releasing anticipation,
Releasing expectations and any tension that you're still holding on to from the day,
From the week,
From the year and of this lifetime.
As your breath deepens,
Your relaxation and comfort increases.
Breathe deeper into your body,
Feeling the weight of the floor beneath you,
Gravity holding you and grounding you here.
Start to imagine,
Sense,
Know or trust there is a bright light above your head.
It might be white or violet or any other colors.
Feel this bright light above your head expanding above your crown and take a deep breath here.
Allowing this light to expand down,
Passing through your third eye or your forehead,
Moving through your face into your throat,
Passing down your neck and your shoulders into your heart space.
Make sure to take easy,
Deep breaths.
Don't force it to go deeper than you're able to.
Allow this light to continue expanding,
Twinkling and glittering down through your solar plexus and stomach area.
Down through your sacral and pelvis,
Making its way down beyond your root,
Breathing deep here and feeling this light expanding beyond your legs and your toes,
Pooling beneath you into a sphere.
And feel this light connecting deep down through the floor until it meets the center of the earth.
Feel the earth holding you here and feel her love and support.
Allow yourself to release and let go of anything that is no longer serving you or your highest good.
Let the earth recycle it and take it now.
Trust that there is nothing more you need to do but simply intend for it to be so.
Take a deep breath and feel the roots connecting you to the core of the earth.
Feeling her loving energy move back up these roots,
Meeting the bottoms of your feet,
Passing up through your legs,
Through your hips and your torso,
All the way into your heart.
You begin to feel,
Imagine,
Trust,
Sensor,
Know there is a bright emerald light around your heart.
Feel this light expanding above,
Beneath,
In front and behind your heart space.
Allow your mind's eye to enter into your heart space,
Knowing that you are safe to explore and meet your highest self here.
Feel a violet light begin to merge with the emerald light around your heart space and allow it to expand around your entire auric field.
Trust that you are and will continue to experience exactly what you need to.
As you explore your heart space,
You are safe and protected and no harm can be done here.
You begin to follow a path.
Notice what the path is made of.
Maybe light or grass or stones or sand.
Maybe the path begins to shift as you walk on it.
Or maybe it stays the same for the rest of the journey.
Continue to follow the path and allow yourself to be guided by the light within.
When you feel ready,
Thank the path and the light within you for what it has guided you to experience today,
For the healing that has taken place and for showing up for yourself to heal and gather on the sacred journey together.
Begin to walk back on this path into your heart center,
Meeting the violet and emerald light that has expanded beyond your heart.
Feeling and sending the light across the entire town,
State,
Province,
Country,
Continent,
Earth,
And the entire universe,
Holding us all in the oneness of now.
Take your time.
There is no rush.
When you are ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back into your body,
Feeling the weight of your body against the floor or the bed or the chair,
Knowing that Mother Earth is holding you and will continue to hold you.
Slowly on your own time,
Gently coming back into the room that you are in,
Coming back into the space,
Gently,
Gently bringing soft movements,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers,
And placing your hands on your heart,
Taking three deep breaths here and coming back into the space.
Bring your hands together into a prayer position and rub them gently,
Feeling the warmth generating between them.
Gently place them over your eyes and slowly blinking your eyes back open with a smile.
Take the time to reflect and journal your experience if you'd like and make sure to drink lots of water.
