Divine Relaxation Meditation In today's meditation,

We are going deep within ourselves to relax,

To re-energize,

To rejuvenate,

And come into alignment with our higher selves,

To move forward from a place of deep regeneration and relaxation.

Begin in a comfortable position,

Whether you're sitting,

Laying down,

Standing up,

Ideally in stillness,

Comfortable,

Cozy,

Maybe getting a blanket,

Maybe snuggling up with some pillows or a pet.

Taking time now to make sure you're comfortable.

DIVINE RELAXATION Begin by focusing in on your breath right here,

Right now,

Free of judging it,

Free of trying to change it,

Just being aware of how your breath is showing up right now.

DIVINE RELAXATION Bring your awareness to the top of your head without judging,

Just observing how your body is feeling.

Moving your mind's eye from the top of your head,

DIVINE RELAXATION Moving through the front of your forehead and taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely,

Releasing anticipation,

Expectations.

DIVINE RELAXATION DIVINE RELAXATION Continue to take deep breaths as you observe your body moving down through your face,

Relaxing the tongue,

Relaxing the muscles behind your eyes and in your ears.

Noticing and observing how your jaw is feeling,

Moving down into your throat.

DIVINE RELAXATION And down,

Passing your throat into your heart,

Taking another deep intentional breath,

Inhaling love and exhaling any stagnant energy that is no longer serving you.

DIVINE RELAXATION Moving your awareness down through your heart,

Through your stomach and the front of your torso,

Passing down through your navel,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral energy center,

Down through your pelvis and moving down through the front of your legs,

DIVINE RELAXATION passing your knees,

Your shins until you reach the top of your toes.

Bringing your mind's eye back to the top of your head and this time scanning the back side of your body,

Moving down the back of your head through the back of your neck,

Down through your shoulders,

Down through your arms,

DIVINE RELAXATION down through the rest of your lower back,

Your tailbone,

DIVINE RELAXATION in down through your legs,

Through your hamstrings,

The back of your knees,

Your calves,

DIVINE RELAXATION until you observe how your heels are feeling and the bottoms of your feet.

Begin to imagine,

Sense,

Feel,

Know or trust that you are safely relaxing in a hammock DIVINE RELAXATION on a white sandy beach,

Some palm trees above you and other beautifully vibrant green plants,

Maybe some colorful flowers.

DIVINE RELAXATION Feeling yourself gently swing.

DIVINE RELAXATION It's a perfect day with beautiful weather,

A nice gentle breeze.

And maybe you can even see the beautiful ocean.

DIVINE RELAXATION Invite in your highest self to be here with you now.

DIVINE RELAXATION You may ask your ego to step aside and allow your highest self to reveal to you what needs to be revealed here.

DIVINE RELAXATION Feel free to stay here as long as you would like.

DIVINE RELAXATION Thank your highest self for coming through and for anything you may have received,

Whether they were messages,

Healing,

Relaxation,

Or even if you were just focusing in on your breath.

DIVINE RELAXATION Giving yourself gratitude for taking time out of your day to intentionally connect within.

DIVINE RELAXATION When you feel ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back into your breath,

Back into your body,

Back into the space that you are in.

DIVINE RELAXATION Maybe placing a hand or two on your heart and taking a few deep breaths full of gratitude and love for your body and all that it does for you.

For your beating heart,

For your health,

Your well-being,

Your spirit,

And your soul.

DIVINE RELAXATION Taking a deep breath,

Coming back into the body,

Back into the space that you are in.

DIVINE RELAXATION Bringing gentle movement,

Wiggling your toes and fingers.

DIVINE RELAXATION DIVINE RELAXATION Maybe bringing your hands together into a prayer position and rubbing them,

Feeling the warmth generating between them before placing them over your eyes and gently blinking your eyes open with a smile.
