Yoga nidra designed to help all the stress of the day dissolve away, leaving you calm, comforted, and ready for deep sleep. You’ll begin with slow, steady breathing — inhaling calmness and relaxation, and exhaling tension. With each breath, your body feels lighter, your mind grows quieter, and stress begins to dissolve into nothingness. From there, you’ll be guided into a serene visualization of nature: a warm sunny day, the soothing sound of a breeze in the trees or water flowing nearby, and the wide blue sky above you. Soon, a soft, fluffy white cloud drifts gently down and wraps around you like a cocoon — safe, warm, and comforting. The cloud carries you effortlessly across the sky, cradling you as the last traces of stress melt away. Thoughts grow faint and distant until they vanish completely.

I'd like you to begin now by just closing your eyes and now taking some comfortable breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth holding each for the mental count of three and breathing the air very slowly out of the mouth and as you breathe just imagine breathing in calmness breathing in relaxation and as you breathe out breathe away any tension any stress any worries and just feel your body starting to relax and get ready for a good night's sleep and continue breathing in calmness and breathing out stress as you allow your breathing to return to a pace that's just right for you at this time and I want you now to imagine yourself outside in a beautiful place of nature your perfect place and it's a beautiful warm sunny day and you feel at peace and at one with the universe imagine the warmth of the sun as it shines down over your body and you are there relaxing allowing your mind to just drift and wonder drift and wonder where it will and imagine the sounds of nature around you the sound of the wind rustling the leaves of the trees or a gently flowing stream it can be anything you enjoy anything that makes you feel even more relaxed in this peaceful place just enjoy those feelings of comfort and peace feelings of tranquility and serenity as you allow yourself to comfortably relax to comfortably rest and to quieten your mind and you are looking up at a beautiful clear blue sky it's just that perfect shade of blue for you and notice a soft fluffy white cloud just drifting into view now drifting slowly on gradually moving down from the sky moving slowly towards you just coming to you to take you on a wonderful journey a journey into the wonderful realms of your subconscious mind you're feeling so safe,

So secure as the cloud starts to wrap itself around your body and envelops you like an infant in its mother's arms feeling safe,

Secure and it's such a soft fluffy cloud you snuggle yourself down and relax even further relaxing even deeper as this cloud starts to carry you gently up to the sky and now feel yourself being lifted into the air on this beautiful day feeling safe feeling secure feeling content and it's such a comfortable feeling to allow yourself to be carried away on a warm summer breeze on a day like today and you allow yourself to be carried away as you feel so safe so comfortable and so,

So relaxed and this cloud can carry you anywhere wherever you wish to go wherever you want to go so just think of a place you'd like to be it can be anywhere you want and feel yourself heading towards that place on this perfect day and when you're ready and you feel yourself there feel yourself beginning to descend deeper and deeper relaxed drifting gently and lazily down down to a comfortable place deep within you and your thoughts your feelings and your memories start to become misty and perhaps you can notice how my voice is becoming maybe more distant and dimmer and further away and you may find all sorts of vague thoughts and ideas and feelings entering your awareness before drifting away in and out floating floating in and out of your awareness until as time goes by those thoughts and ideas become more and more misty and vague as you drift further into sleep and you seem to hear what I say less and less clearly and my voice may seem further and further away perhaps it will seem that my voice is becoming more distant and you seem to hear my voice less and less until in a very very short time you find yourself slowly and comfortably floating down into sleep floating down into a comfortable a comfortable feeling deep within you and you are able to drift comfortably down into sound natural sleep drifting into natural sleep sleep

I think this meditation will become a favorite way to end stressful days. Dr Salone’s voice is calm and reassuring, guiding me to let go of the tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I love how the flow creates a sense of safety, almost like being gently held while I drift off.
