Welcome to this guided meditation.

Get comfortable lying or sitting and let's begin.

I invite you to gently close your eyes,

Allow your top eyelids to gently rest on your bottom eyelids and become aware of your breathing.

As you breathe deeply,

Breathe in and out.

And in and out.

Now I invite you to very softly and gently begin to hum to yourself.

So a humming sound.

And notice that humming vibration moves through your head,

Your sinuses,

Your chest,

Your body.

And as you're humming,

One of the things you're doing is tuning into your parasympathetic nervous system.

Humming is a beautiful quick tool to bring you back into the state of relaxation.

The part of the nervous system gets activated to help you feel relaxed and at ease.

Keep humming.

And this parasympathetic nervous system is also called our feed and breed part of our nervous system because when we're relaxed,

We can do both of those things,

Feed and breed.

This is a very quick tool for automatically calming the whole nervous system.

And as you're humming,

Feel that relaxation moving through your whole body as the sound moves and the vibration moves through the muscles,

Nerves,

Fibers right through into the cells of your body,

Vibrating with relaxation as you hum.

And now I invite you to stop humming.

And remember a time in your life when you felt really relaxed,

Really at peace,

Really at ease.

It may have been a holiday that you were on or a time when you were relaxing at home or when you were doing something that you love and time just seemed to stand still or speed up or you had no sense of time because you were just so loving what you were doing and so relaxed.

Imagine where you were at that time,

What you were doing.

And I invite you to feel that ease and relaxation and calm through your whole body and energy system.

And now I invite you to imagine that you're expanding this feeling of ease and relax and calm to be as big as the whole room that you're in.

And now I invite you to imagine that calm,

Ease,

Relaxation feeling in your energy body,

Expanding through the whole house or building that you're currently in.

And now I invite you to imagine the energy of money joining you in this energy space of ease and calm and relaxation.

Notice what happens for you as money enters and also notice what happens for money as it comes into this energy space and feels this relaxed,

Probably even grounded energy.

Notice now.

And now in this beautiful,

Calm,

Relaxed bubble of energy with money.

I invite you to ask money if it has any wisdom that it wishes to share with you,

To help you and support you in your relationship with it or in your life.

Listen closely now to what the energy of money from this place of ease and calm has to say.

And now feeling calm,

Relaxed,

Grounded,

Expanded with your own energy and the energy of money.

I'm going to start counting back from 10 to 1.

And as I do,

You'll find your energy returning back to the room that you're in.

And you will feel really grounded and at ease and connected to your relationship with money.

Becoming slowly conscious.

Aware of your breathing,

Aware of any background noises in the room.

Wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

2 and 1.

Blink your eyes together and open them.
