Connecting with your Inner Child is always a powerful, healing and supportive practice. Your Inner Child is the young, tender and magical part of yourself that inadvertently was hurt, saddened or angered by the incidents that happened in her/ his world. When you were a young child you were the centre of your own world and when things happened you took it personally. You created false beliefs, stories or hurts and many of these still echo in your adult life causing trouble and nonsense. As an adult you now have the unique capability of Re-parenting your Inner Child. Through this meditation you can support your inner child to feel seen, heard, loved and supported.
