Can you keep and hold some of the money that flows into your life? Can you contain your money? So that in time you can use it for the things you truly want... A key money skill is to be able to hold and contain the money that you attract so that it doesn’t all just gush out of your life as fast (or faster) than it comes in. This meditation is for both increasing money flow and strengthening your capacity to hold and contain money so that it stays in your life. So that you can actually create wealth and build the life you dream of. We often wish to attract more money but don’t create the skill of containing it and being a good custodian of money. This meditation will help. Enjoy!

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Get comfortable lying or sitting and let's begin.

So allow your top eyelids to gently close onto your bottom eyelids and become aware of your lungs as you begin to breathe deeply in and out.

And as you breathe deeply and you feel your lungs moving,

You can immediately feel your body starts to relax.

Your mind slows,

You become more present and stay with your breath.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath as you breathe deeply in and out.

Now scan your body for any signs or feelings of stress or tension and see that tension or the points of tension as a blackness that flow down your body and out through the soles of your feet.

You're allowing all of the tension to flow out of your body,

Your emotions,

Your mind,

Your energy system and you're giving them to the ground,

To Pachamama who is so good at holding and dissolving all of our tension and our stuff.

And your breathing becomes slower and steadier as you deeply relax.

And as you relax,

My voice goes with you.

I invite you to imagine that in front of you,

You are sensing,

Feeling,

Imagining or visualizing the energy of money.

And I invite you to imagine yourself as a friend and an ally to money.

You are someone or something that money can flow through and use to create amazing things in the world.

And I invite you to imagine that you have a really healthy,

Playful,

Creative friendship with this energy called money.

No matter what your energy or relationship with money is currently in your real life,

Allow yourself to open up to the possibility that you are friends with money and have this healthy,

Playful,

Creative,

Joyful friendship.

Now I invite you to imagine that your energy field is becoming a container like a beautiful natural pool,

A pool of water at the bottom of a waterfall.

This natural pool has been carved out of rocks by the water itself.

And notice that your energy field looks like,

Feels like,

Is this beautiful natural pool,

This container.

And it is a magnificent container for money.

I invite you to really discover,

Explore and feel with all of your senses your energy and the boundaries of your energy field being this pool that is able to contain money.

Money loves to be contained.

Money needs to flow,

But it also loves to be held,

Supported,

Organized and contained.

And I invite you as this pool to sense the flow of money coming into this pool from the rocks or the waterfall above it.

And also feel and imagine the flow of money flowing out of the pool as money continues on its adventures.

And now with the sense of flow of money coming in and money going out,

I invite you to imagine the flow of money is actually coming in through your left hand.

And you can feel it moving up your arm and then through your torso into your heart area,

Which is really the center of your beautiful money container,

Your money pool,

Your money well.

And I invite you to imagine money flowing out of your right hand.

So out from your heart,

Down your arm and right out through your right hand.

And let's imagine that the inflow and the outflow quite balanced.

And the emotions around the inflow and the outflow are easy,

Peaceful,

Relaxed.

And so as the money flows in up your left arm,

Imagine it going into your chest and torso area.

This is the pool,

The container,

The money well,

And through the whole of the rest of your energy body.

And this is a solid grounded containment for money.

This money well,

This pool for money to rest in,

Before it then moves through your right shoulder,

Down your right arm,

Your right elbow,

And right out through your right hand,

Continuing on with its journey.

And now imagine that because money feels contained and safe,

The flow of money coming through your left arm becomes more.

Because you become even more receptive to money because you have the capacity to hold it and contain it.

So the outflow of money from your right hand stays the same,

But the left arm receives more and attracts more because of its now incredible capacity for containment.

And allow yourself to breathe deeply as you receive more money through your left hand into your left arm,

Into your energy fields,

Really anchor in this feeling.

More money,

More streams of income,

More receptivity to money,

More traction,

Magnetism.

You're way more magnetic to money.

Money is flowing into your energy field through your left hand,

Your left arm,

And then being contained in this beautiful container,

This money well.

And because the container is so held and supported and grounded,

Flow of money out is expected.

It's consistent.

It's normal.

It's organized.

You have consistent money outflows,

All expected,

All manageable.

You are creating yourself into a great container and custodian of money.

And now very slowly and gently,

I'm going to count back from 10 to 1.

And as I do,

You'll find your awareness returning back into the room that you're in.

And you'll feel light and energized and be ready to continue on with your day.

And this energy of being a great container,

An abundant container for money will permeate throughout your day,

Through your work,

Through your creative activities,

And through your life.

Becoming slowly conscious,

Aware of your body and aware of your breathing,

Wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

2,

And 1.

Blink your eyes together.

And very slowly and gently,

You can open them.

And I invite you to take a deep breath in and a big exhale out of your mouth,

Sighing out.
