Welcome to this guided meditation.
Get comfortable lying or sitting and let's begin.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Gently close your eyes.
Become aware of your breathing as you breathe deeply in and out.
And as you breathe deeply,
I invite you to imagine that you're breathing with your whole body.
Feel your whole body expanding as you breathe in and then your whole body releasing and contracting as you breathe out.
Imagine yourself as a sponge swelling up as you breathe in and then contracting again and diminishing on the exhale.
Feeling the feeling of this deep,
Strong,
Relaxing breath.
Now I invite you to feel the beautiful glow of violet light just above your head.
And I invite you to imagine that that violet light,
This beautiful,
Pinky purple light is showering down and raining down through the top of your head,
Through your crown chakra and into your energy system.
And also raining and showering down over your body like a shower of iridescent,
Sparkling violet light.
Feel that light moving down from your crown chakra,
Down the middle of your body through your head,
Your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart.
Moving through your solar plexus,
Your sacral area,
Around your hips and right down into your base and root chakra and then down,
Down,
Down into the ground.
The stream of light just above you showering down through you,
Over you,
All around you.
Notice that,
Feel that now.
Now I invite you to drop any thoughts that you have about yourself,
About who you are or about what you do.
Drop any thoughts you're having about your past.
Drop your thoughts about your future and allow yourself to simply be here now,
Merging with consciousness,
Merging with the divine.
I'll give you a few minutes of silence to explore what that feels like.
Dropping any ideas that you have of yourself,
Like taking off a coat and just dropping it to the floor,
Feeling yourself merging into consciousness.
Do that now.
Now I invite you to imagine yourself on a big exhale,
Relaxing into the divine,
Relaxing into this consciousness,
Relaxing into universal support,
Into divine support.
As you keep taking big exhales,
On each exhale you relax even further,
Even deeper,
Feeling even more supported by the divine,
By the universe,
By this consciousness.
You're relaxing into the energy and support that makes the sun shine,
That makes the wind blow,
That is responsible for your heart beating,
That moves the ocean waves.
Allow yourself to really relax into this feeling of being divinely supported.
Feel what that feels like now.
Now I invite you to carry this feeling of being supported by the divine,
By consciousness,
By God,
By energy,
Back into your body,
Back into the space that you're in,
And going forward into the rest of your week,
Into the rest of your month,
Into the rest of your year.
I'm going to slowly count back from 10 to 1,
And as I do this,
You'll feel your awareness returning back into the room,
And you'll feel grounded,
But also still connected to the spiritual support of the divine.

Becoming slowly conscious,

Become aware of all of the points of your body that are touching something,

Rub your thumbs over the tips of your fingers,

And 1,
Blink your eyes together and open them.
Now you might want to have a big stretch up,
You might want to have a big yawn.
