Welcome to this guided meditation.
Get comfortable lying or sitting and let's begin.
I invite you to take a deep breath in and out and gently close your eyes.
Feel your top eyelids gently resting on your bottom eyelids and become aware of your breathing as you breathe deeply in and out.
And as you breathe deeply,
You feel your body relaxing and you feel yourself becoming more aware of actually being in a body.
And as you become aware of being in a body and a mind and a body here in this room,
In this space,
You find that you're more present in the present moment.
And as you sink into the present moment and as you sink into this long,
Slow,
Deep breathing,
Really feel yourself arrive here in your body with your breath,
With your full awareness on your breath as you breathe deeply in and out.
And now I invite you to imagine that in front of you is the energy of money.
And I invite you to notice what the energy of money looks like,
Feels like,
Smells like.
And you might not have a clear,
Sharp image.
That's okay.
It's good enough to imagine,
Sense,
Notice that the energy of money is in front of you.
And with this energy of money in front of you,
I invite you to notice how you feel.
And I invite you to notice how you feel if money comes closer towards you.
And I invite you to notice how you feel if the energy of money moves much further away.
Imagine it moving much further away.
And now I invite you to find the distance between you and money that feels the most at ease,
The most neutral,
The most at ease.
And I invite you to imagine now that you're scanning your energy system.
And you're scanning your energy system for any feelings,
Stress,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Frustration,
Anger,
Guilt,
Shame about money.
And as you scan for any of these negative emotions about money,
I invite you as you become aware of any of them,
To imagine them dissolving and liquefying and then literally flowing down your energy and into the ground.
So as you notice any feelings of anxiety,
Stress,
Tension,
Guilt,
Shame,
Fear,
Anger around money in your energy system,
Noticing it dissolving,
Liquefying and moving down through your energy system and out into the earth below you.
The earth is an incredible receptacle and receiver of things that no longer serve us.
And now I invite you to look at the energy of money and notice that money in its base form as an energy type is neutral.
It simply takes on the energy of whatever person,
Company,
Organization or country that it flows through.
And money is also an amplifier,
It's an amplification energy.
And so I invite you now to consider any dreams and goals that you have in your life,
In your work,
In your business.
And I invite you to imagine beginning to dance with money.
And as you dance with money,
Those dreams,
Goals,
Your values in your life,
In your work,
In your business get amplified.
So I invite you to feel what happens in your energy system as you dance with money and allow this energy of money to start amplifying your own feelings around your dreams and goals.
And then the actual manifestation of your dreams and goals.
Do that now.
Let money make those dreams and goals brighter,
Sharper,
More clear,
Bolder.
And money will be an incredible support at bringing those ideas,
Dreams,
Visions,
Goals of yours from your head down into the material realm,
Making them material.
Money is an energy that turns ideas into the material realm.
And as you dance,
Feel,
Sense,
Imagine the energy of those dreams and goals manifesting into reality.
And now very slowly and gently,
I'm going to count back from 10 until 1.
And as I do,
You'll find your awareness returning back into the room that you're in,
And you'll feel bright and light and energized and very inspired and buoyed up by this interaction with this powerful amplification energy of money,

Coming slowly present,

Aware of your body,
Aware of your breathing,

Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,

And 1,
Blink your eyes together and open them,
And then have a big stretch up and a big yawn.
