Hello,

Thank you so much for joining me today.

My name is Laura Kazimer and this meditation is brought to you by Divine Emergence.

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position either in a chair or on the floor where either your feet are firmly planted into the ground or your sits bones are firmly planted into the ground,

The floor beneath you,

Wherever you are.

Just making sure that you're taking this time and this space for yourself.

Go ahead and gently close your eyes.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Deep down into the belly,

Filling it up like a balloon,

Bringing the breath all the way up into your lungs and your heart,

All the way up into your head,

Really elongating,

Holding the breath at the top,

Squeezing your shoulders,

Tensing your body,

And go ahead and exhale slowly through the mouth,

Releasing your muscles,

Letting go of any tension or stress that you're holding onto.

Check in with yourself.

Notice how that feels.

Go ahead and take another nice,

Big breath in through your nose,

Filling up your belly,

Your chest,

Your head,

Letting that air go all the way up into your third eye space,

Back out into your crown.

Go ahead and bring that energy back down.

Exhale through your mouth,

Sinking into this present moment,

Letting go of any thoughts or distractions.

There is nowhere to be,

There is nothing to do.

Now,

Imagine yourself surrounded by nature.

Picture a serene forest with tall trees swaying gently in the wind.

Sunlight is filtering through the leaves and the sounds of birds chirping in the distance.

Feel the earth beneath you,

Pachamama,

Gaia,

Supporting you with her strength and her stability.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Reaching down into the earth below you.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in energy and vitality from the earth,

Feeling it flow up through your roots and into your body.

With each exhale,

Release any tension or negativity,

Allowing it to be absorbed by the earth and transformed into positivity.

A moment to connect with the natural world around you,

Cultivating a sense of gratitude for the beauty and abundance that this earth provides.

Notice the intricate details of the plants,

Of the animals,

Of the colors,

The textures,

The landscapes,

The soothing sounds of Mother Nature.

Now,

Bring your attention back to the breath.

As you inhale,

Imagine breathing in the fresh,

Clean air of the forest,

Filling your lungs with pure energy and vitality and renewal.

And as you exhale,

Go ahead and let go of any static.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more deeply connected,

Sensing the interdependence and interconnectedness of all living things.

Allow yourself to merge with the rhythm of nature,

Syncing your breath with the ebb and flow of the world around you.

Take a few moments to simply be present in this moment,

Allowing yourself to merge with the rhythm of nature,

Allowing yourself to fully experience the peace and tranquility of nature.

Feel the healing energy of the earth enveloping you,

Restoring balance and harmony to your mind,

To your body,

And to your spirit.

Take another nice big breath in through your nose.

Let it go.

Take the time to connect with the earth around you always.

Thank her for all that she does for us.

She feeds us.

She houses us.

She protects us.

She challenges us while she sustains us.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back into your conscious minds.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Taking some nice stretches.

Taking a moment to thank yourself and taking this time to connect with Mother Nature and to nurture your inner peace.

Thank you for practicing with me.

Namaste.
