Welcome to Embracing Self-Love and Self-Acceptance,

I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to relax and settle into the present moment.
Close your eyes gently and begin by taking a few deep breaths to center yourself.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath and with each inhale feel your belly rise and on the exhale feel it fall.
Allow your breath to become a soothing rhythm that guides you into deeper relaxation.
Now bring your attention to your body,
Starting from your toes and gradually moving up to the top of your head.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and with each exhale allow those sensations to soften and melt away.
As you continue to breathe deeply bring to mind a loving image of yourself.
Visualize yourself surrounded by a warm radiant light that emanates from within.
Feel this light filling every cell of your being with love,
Compassion,
And kindness.
With each breath allow this love to expand and grow,
Enveloping you in a cocoon of unconditional acceptance.
Continuing with your breath repeat the following affirmations,
Silently or out loud,
Allowing their empowering words to resonate deeply within you.
We're ready to begin.
I am worthy of love and acceptance just as I am.
I embrace my flaws and imperfections with compassion and understanding.
I honor my journey and trust in my unique path.
I deserve to treat myself with kindness,
Respect,
And forgiveness.
I am enough exactly as I am in this moment.
Feel the truth of these affirmations sinking into the depths of your being,
Anchoring you in a profound sense of self-love and self-acceptance.
And now we are going to move into cultivating gratitude and compassion.
And as we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a moment to express full gratitude for yourself,
For your strength,
Your resilience,
And unwavering spirit.
Extend feelings of compassion and kindness to yourself,
Knowing that you are deserving of love and acceptance in every moment from the time you wake up until the time you fall asleep.
Just embrace everything that you are,
Everything that you do,
Full acceptance for your shadow self and your light body.
And just really honor,
Give yourself love,
And just know that you are deserving.
That is happening in awareness.
Rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.
When you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Bringing the sense of peace and love that you've cultivated here today back into the world around you.
Remember that you are worthy,
You are enough.
