I want you to close your eyes and just take a nice big deep breath in through your nose,
Filling all the way up,
Belly,
Chest,
Head.
Let it go.
Again,
Filling all the way up,
Breathe in and let it go.
I want you to notice any energy that's moving,
Any pain that you might feel.
I want you to breathe into the pain.
Maybe your back is hurting,
Maybe your hip is sore.
Just breathe into that space,
Big inhale in.
And on your exhale,
Just imagine all the pain leaving.
Again,
Breathe into that space,
Breathe in.
And on the exhale,
All the pain is leaving.
Imagine a life free of pain,
Free of worry,
Free of anxiety.
What does that feel like for you?
What does that look like?
The world is such a busy place.
I want you to take these next few moments to just slow down and just be.
I'm gonna guide you through a four,
Six,
Eight breath.
You're gonna inhale through your nose for a count of four.
You're gonna hold for a count of six.
You're gonna slowly exhale for a count of eight.
Remember,
Close your eyes and don't think too much.
I just want you to feel.

We're gonna breathe in through our nose for a count of four.

Take a nice big breath in and let it go.
Notice how you're feeling.
What is coming up for you in this moment?
What were you able to let go of?
Notice if you still feel that pain that you had when you started.
And if you do,
That's okay.
Everything is perfect exactly the way that it is.
And you are perfect exactly the way that you are.

You can come back to your breath at any point during the day.
