Allow your own breath to move big emotions in just two minutes! This conscious circular breath pattern followed by a vocal release is where I see a lot of transformation happen! Our breath can shift our emotions and we can feel less anxious, more alert, and more energized! This breath is an activating technique, enjoy!

Thank you so much for joining me today.

My name is Laura Casimir and this breathwork practice is brought to you by Divine Emergence.

This breathwork practice is a activating practice.

So this breath will be in and out through the mouth deep into the diaphragm the whole time until I tell you to breathe in and out through your nose.

When you feel the energy move through you,

You're gonna feel your head maybe get a little tingly or your hands will begin to vibrate.

When this happens,

I invite you to dance out the energy or vocally release the energy maybe with a tone sounding something like this and this is going to allow you to move any stuck or stagnant energy out of your body.

So I invite you to sit down cross-legged on the floor with your spine elongated.

Go ahead and roll your shoulders back drop them down to the ground and go ahead and open your mouth and we are going to begin the breath in three two one breathe in go ahead and take a big breath in and release it out and release it.

Breath in through your nose.

Let it go.

Big breath in through your nose.

Let it go.

One more big breath in and release.

Hold on to this feeling for the rest of your day and remember that you can come back to your breath at any point.

A nice big inhale through your nose,

A sigh out through your mouth to release any stagnant energy that is getting trapped in your body.
