One of the most effective breathing techniques for relaxation. The box breath, which allows us to be fully immersed in the present moment. The reason we are stressed and anxious is because we are living in the past or the future! So slow down, follow my guidance, and release the anxiety!

Thank you so much for joining me.

My name is Laura Casimir,

And this is brought to you by Divine Emergence Breathwork.

It is with my great honor to offer you something for your parasympathetic nervous system,

To allow you to be in a state of rest and digest,

To get rid of the fear,

The anxiety,

That unsettling feeling that resides within you.

This can all be taken care of with the power of our own breath.

In this moment,

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position,

Or go ahead and lie down.

And once you find yourself settled in,

Go ahead and take a nice big breath in through your nose.

Holding this breath,

Let it go.

Good.

Another breath in through the nose.

Holding this breath at the top.

And sigh the breath out.

And today we are going to participate in box breathing.

So this breath is a count of five in through the nose.

Holding for a count of five.

Exhaling out of the nose for a count of five.

And holding at the bottom for a count of five.

We will repeat this process until we feel nice and relaxed and centered.

And we're ready to begin in three,

Two,

One.

Breath in two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Hold two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale two,

Take a nice big breath in.

Let it go.

Notice how your energy has shifted.

Notice how the anxiety has left your body.

Notice the power that your breath holds.

This innate knowing within you,

The inner wisdom to reduce anxiety,

To get rid of stuck,

Stored negative energy.

I honor you for getting in touch with your breath today.

Big breath in through the nose.

Let it go.

Namaste.
