Welcome to a mirror meditation for divine love and healing.
Please sit comfortably in front of your mirror.
Notice your body.
The sensation of the chair or floor supporting your weight.
The length of the spine from tail to crown.
The way your breath gently moves your body from the inside out.
Tune into that impulse of the breath.
The expansion of the inhalation and drawing together with the exhalation.
Now find a rhythmic meditative breath as you gaze softly at your reflection.
Let us call to us our ancestors.
Guides.
Angels.
And other benefactors.
And fold us in your protection and lead us right,
Shielded from self-doubt,
Our own impurities and any outside interference.

Now gaze into the mirror as the nectar of divine love begins to fall into your crown.
Sense.
Feel.
Gently even see this energy as it rains down upon you in sparkles of gold,
Rose and silver.
Touching your skin,
Penetrating deep into every fiber.
Soaking your brain.
Drenching your nerves with divine love.
Filling the spinal column with sparkling golden,
Rose and silvery light.
Let it pour into your third eye and each of the glands of your body.
Divine love drenching each of your sense organs.
Your throat.
Raining down into your heart.
Shimmering in your solar plexus and sacral area.
And soaking the root with divine love.
Let it pour and drain into your hands and feet.
Pooling there.
Allow this divine energy,
This divine love,
This grace to pervade your entire body.
Circulating with the blood into every organ.
Each of your tissues.
Every cell.
Right down to the microscopic,
Atomic and quantum levels.
Allow this golden,
Rose,
Silvery light to purify your body,
Mind and soul.
Direct from head to toe.
And now,
The light of wisdom breaks like dawn over your crown.
Let this crystal light dry and crystallize your entire being.
Draw this light of wisdom into your heart and set yourself on fire with this healing light of source.
Burn away the insanities of the mind.
Let it burn away the maya,
The illusion.
Let it burn away emotional residues of the past.
Let it purify you and feel the pristine power of consciousness illuminating your mind.
Now raise your hands,
Palms facing outward at the level of your heart.
Feel the light radiate from the center of the heart outward.
Down the arms and out the hands.
Like a lighthouse drawing to you those who you would fulfill and who would fulfill you.
And like a shield protecting you from that and those who would distract you or lead you astray.
Radiate the divine light of love,
Wisdom and healing.
Radiate it with love,
Compassion and understanding.
May we remember to treat all lives,
All beings and ourselves with love and dignity.

May those who have lost themselves in ego and fear be released from their suffering and realize truth.
