If you'll take a moment to explore within your body,
Any place of tension,
Any place where you feel a little tight or constricted,
And observing your own body,
Feeling your body,
Observing these places of tension,
If you'll choose in this moment in time to relax,
To let go of the tension,
To soften your muscles,
To soften the layer all around your body,
If you'll imagine or feel the layer all around your body and just soften that,
The way that the world comes at you,
Soften that,
Inviting the world in,
Feeling safe opening up this layer between you and the world so that your whole body can receive energy,
More energy can flow as you relax,
You soften and you let yourself open up,
Letting your shoulders drop,
Letting your neck relax,
Feeling as if you are exactly where you should be,
That this is the very best place you could be and the very best thing you could be doing and appreciating yourself for that,
And appreciating God for that.
Experiencing the space of your body in space and relaxing into this space,
Noticing how you relax,
How much you relax,
Where you relax,
And how much more spacious you feel,
How much more expanded and open you feel in your body as you do,
Aware that you're aware,
Aware of the spaciousness of the openness that you're choosing to experience right now.
Feeling the weight of your body on the chair,
Floor,
Or bed,
And feeling the weight of the chair,
The floor,
The bed,
On the floor,
On the ground of the earth,
And feeling supported by the earth,
And feeling yourself as a part of the earth and all beings and things,
Feeling your oneness with everything,
With everyone,
With the earth and with all planets.
And as you continue to explore and to expand within this oneness,
If you would become aware of an intention that you have to resolve an energy,
A pattern,
A relationship,
A dynamic,
Something in your life that you're wanting to transform.
Become aware of that.
Feel it while remaining as relaxed,
Open,
And expanded as you can,
Choosing to relax into that change,
Into that transformation that you're bringing into your experience right now.
Calmly,
Centeredly,
Wisely,
Intentionally approaching what used to be the problem,
With the intention to consciously work with the energy,
Seeing it as part of the process,
Something to work with and through,
A misunderstanding and just an energy blockage that can be cleared,
Healed,
And released.
And because of this,
Remaining totally relaxed as you allow this,
That which you want to work on to come into focus,
Whether it's a relationship,
A part of yourself,
A goal,
A blockage.
Just remaining relaxed as you bring it up into your focus,
As you feel,
Sense,
Taste,
Smell,
Hear,
As you get in touch with this focus.
And whatever comes up as you focus in this way,
Images,
Words,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Memories,
Sensations.
Just be with it,
Whatever it is.
Whatever comes in this moment as you continue to focus on that which you are choosing to resolve,
To heal,
To clear,
In the light of consciousness.
And stay with it,
Stay with this focus for the duration of this medication as we apply the All Pono Pono mantra.
Coming back to it again and again as your focus wavers,
As your mind wanders without any judgment,
Simply observing.
And coming back to it again and again as you begin to,
In your heart,
Hold a space of unconditional love,
Saying,
I love you.
And feeling it completely in your heart.
This pure,
Unconditional love that is flowing from your heart towards this problem,
This situation,
This relationship.
Saying,
I love you.
Again and again.
Feeling this deep love,
This unconditional love in your heart.
I love you.
Feeling your heart open and expand.
Feeling your heart chakra activate as you continue to feel this love.
To let this love flow from your heart towards it.
Allowing yourself to feel whatever you feel.
Allowing for the free flow of thoughts,
Of energies,
Of emotions,
Of sensations,
To occur as you continue to repeat with complete focus,
Intentionality,
And with the energy of love.

Feeling it.
In every cell of your being.
In every part of you.

Feeling this love,
Feeling your heart,
Your body,
The space that you're in.
Permeating every aspect of yourself,

Aware of any resistance that comes up.

I'm sorry for whatever pain you feel.
I'm sorry for whatever pain is there.
Allowing yourself to perceive and even feel this pain for a moment or two.
So that you can say,
I'm sorry for your pain.
Not blaming yourself or anyone else,
Just saying you're sorry for the pain at this part,
That this thing,
That this person is experiencing.
Whether that pain is necessary or not,
Just saying,
I'm sorry.
I'm filled with compassion for this pain within you or within another.
Continue to repeat the statement,
I'm sorry.
Feeling it.
Feeling maybe a time where someone lovingly,
Caringly,
Compassionately offered these words to you from their heart.
Remembering that,
Remembering the feeling of that.
Or a time where you've expressed that you are sorry.
Where you have felt that you are sorry.
Without shame,
Without guilt,
Simply in the understanding of any pain that you or another is or was in.
And choosing out of compassion,
Out of conscious wisdom,
And out of love to say,

And to feel the healing energy of those words,
Of hearing those words.
Feel them resonate in each and every cell of your being.

As you offer them to yourself or to another,

Feel the liberation from those words.

And how this humility can open the door to a greater healing.

Experiencing a healing.

Experience yourself in this energy of complete unconditional forgiveness of self and others.
