It's time to rewild yourself, to return to your feminine power. After years of being told that you should push down your emotions, that your intuition isn't trustworthy, and that you need to fall into alignment with the constraints placed by society, it's time to set yourself free.

Welcome.

This meditation is a call to action.

It is a reminder for you to return to the wisdom of the wild.

A reminder that you are made from the same materials that made the cosmos.

You are made of the same material that the oceans and the earth were made from.

You are rooted in a remembrance of feminine expression.

One of creativity.

But there has been a forgetting.

We have forgot our wildness,

Our divinity.

It is time to reclaim this.

And so I call you to action.

The part of you that has been censored,

Your harnessed heart,

Your caged mind,

The parts of you that were silenced,

Domesticated.

They want to be set free.

It's time to reclaim this part of you.

And we can do this by connecting to nature.

We do this when we stand outside and we watch the sun rise or the sunset.

When we put our bare feet on the earth and we let the sun's rays touch our skin.

When we follow the pattern of the moon and we pay attention to the seasons.

This is how we reclaim our wildness when we connect to nature.

And so let's move through a visualization allowing us to create that connection.

Visualize yourself barefoot standing outside in the grass,

Wiggling your toes deep into the earth.

Feel her moisture at the soles of your feet.

Feel the sun shining down upon you as you breathe in the fresh air.

Find yourself standing in nature.

And as we stand out in nature,

We dream of impracticalities,

Of spontaneous blooming and blossoming.

When we stand in nature,

We return to our wild side,

The wildness that lives within us.

And so spend a moment standing in nature.

Feel your feet connected to the earth.

Feel the energy of the sun flowing through you.

Draw the freshness of the air into your lungs.

And when we return to our wild side,

We come back to a place where intuition is queen and our heart feels like home.

Spend a moment here connecting back to your wild side,

Your true self.

And let this energy rise up within you.

Let it guide you through your day.

Go forth,

Wild child.
