Surrendering Limiting Patterns.
Take a deep,
Healing breath in and let the exhale wash through your body like a cleansing wave.
Let go of tension,
Let go of holding,
Let go of trying.
Gently invite your inner child to join you.
And as they're coming towards you,
Notice the carry bags,
Heavy bags.
These bags that they are carrying and dragging are the old patterns,
The limiting beliefs,
The fears they learned early on to help them survive.
It's heavy and they're tired of carrying this self-belittling structure.
Walk toward them with compassion,
With love,
With softness.
And gently place your hands on their shoulders and feel the weight they've been holding onto for such a long time.
And tell them you don't have to carry this anymore.
You are not alone in this.
Let me help you.
Allow me to help you.
It is safe now to receive help.
Imagine a soft breeze beginning to blow around you,
A sacred gentle wind that knows how to release what your mind cannot.
Invite your inner child to open their hands.
And let the heavy patterns be lifted by this loving wind.
Watch the burdens float away,
Shame,
Fear,
Unworthiness,
Guilt,
Old stories that were never true.
Let it all fly away.
Tell your inner child it is safe to surrender now.
We are not who we once were.
We do not have to carry this old belief structure.
We are safe now to surrender all of that.
It is safe now for us to be free.
As the last of the patterns disappear,
Feel lightness returning to the little hearts and to yours.
Breathe deeply together.
Feel the joy.
Let the present moment embrace you both like a warm blanket,
Safe blanket.
And stay there for as long as you need to.
